Luke was halfway drunk by the time Tim found him.
"What glass are you drinking?" Tim asked in disbelief.
Luke looks at the glass of champagne in his hand and begins counting. "Four and a half... I haven't finished my fifth glass yet," he replied.
"Please restrain yourself... I beg you," Tim pleaded desperately.
Luke smirked. "Since you are begging, fine," he said. "I have to speak to my student's parents and in-laws so it wouldn't be wise if I'm talking to them with slurred words," he said swishing his glass of wine.
Tim shook his head. "You're unbelievable," he said.
"Thank you," Luke replies smiling innocently.
"Karissa!" Victoria called him. There were two elderly couples behind her. "These are my parents... Mother, father, mom, dad, this is my new mathematics lecturer, Mrs. Karissa."
"Nice to officially meet you," Luke said professionally as he skillfully bowed without tripping like a drunk and spilling his drink.
