[Waking up User]
*Bzzt*
"Hah?!"
A young man jolted up from the shock traveling through his spine. The itchy chill sensation of grass rippled across his fingertips as he sat up. Immediately after getting up, he retched to the side.
The choking feeling of gods heading down his throat was horrible, though he wished he forgot it soon. He didn't want to even imagine what might of happened if he said tails instead.
After coughing up a few times, he looked up to see a wide grassy plains in front of him. Trees in the distance, clustered together. The distant forest looked only as tall as grass compared to the mountains behind them, absolutely towering hundreds or thousands of meters high.
Above those mountains rested what looked like mirror images. Floating islands that looked like immortals tore them from the ground only to flip them upside-down.
'Oh, that might actually be what happened.'
Satisfied with the view in front of him, the man got up from the grass. He patted off the light dirt and grass from his clothes.
Perhaps a gift from the deities, he was dressed in blue robes with white inner linings. He had brown pants with a similar fabric as the robes.
Long black hair flowed down the back of the robe in a tight ponytail. His body looked youthful, likely around the age of 15.
'That's enough self-analysis, let's see what those those guys prepared for this plan.'
As if waiting for him to stop looking around, a blue screen appeared in the air before him.
[The Amazing Fantasy System]
[Press here to begin use.]
Following the prompt, he pressed his finger on the screen.
[Reading world laws...]

'Hmmm, that is important I suppose.'
The young man raised his head to the sky.
'Countless sky islands in the distance. Likely home to numerous immortals-to-be. And yet, I am to ascend to a sky above them...'
He put his hand to his lips, and thought for a moment longer. The name that would stick with him and represent him in this life.
"Hanul."
[Registering User "Hanul".]
[Registration complete. World laws analyzed. System functions ready.]
[Simply desire to open the system to bring up functionality.]
'That's convenient.'
"Open."
[Name: Hanul]
[Age: 15]
[Energy: None]
[More information will be available once the User gains capability.]
The first window showed Hanul's status. It didn't mean much to him at the moment, but as more information appeared in the future, he hoped that it be more useful.
There were tabs on the side of the system window.
[Status] <<<
[Inventory]
[Quests]
[Shop]
[Map]
[Communication]
[Training Room]
[Compendium]
[Notifications]
'Most of these seem pretty self-explanatory.'
Hanul clicked through the tabs to confirm his assumptions.
The inventory tab had numerous empty boxes. He scrolled for a while and saw no stopping point. He could test its limits once he actually had things to put in the inventory.
The quest tab had a notification when he attempted to switch to it.
[No quests at the moment. Will be updated as User Hanul encounters the immortal path.]
'No helping that then. I'll come back to this later too, I suppose.'
Next was the shop menu. This was the most expansive window yet. There were multiple submenus in the shop, with many specification within those submenus.

[Request for New Feature]
The vast options available to Hanul were overwhelming for now.
He needed currency for the shop in the form of Energy Points (EP). When he looked in the "Material Exchange" for possible ways to obtain this EP, he saw this.
[Material] --> [Output]
Hanul plucked some grass and tried to place it in the "Material" slot, but his hand simply passed through to no avail. It seemed like another feature to test later.
He was excited however, as the items he had seen in the shop were vast. There were weapons such as the [Mountain Cleaver], a long sword used to harvest the tips of mountains. Modern fantasy from his past life also seemed to slip in to influence this system, as he saw [Gomu Gomu Devil Fruit] in the "Special Consumables" section.
Ah, the gods sure had a way to keep him motivated in this long journey to the top.
The Map showed him a circle. The area visible around Hanul was reflected as a top-down view in the map, with a blue dot in the center representing himself.
Hanul tried the "Marker" option available, setting down a point north of him, and an arrow appeared outside of his system window. He assumed the arrow was in the same direction as the marker, since when he moved in that direction, the blue dot also approached the marker.
The map also expanded as he moved, extending from a circle to an oblong pill shape. As he walked a few meters north, he could see a small blue glow on ground. This disappeared similarly, when Hanul removed the marker from the map.
'Neat, I shouldn't get lost like this. Might be useful if I don't have other means to deal with illusions.'
Browsing through the remaining system tabs was much simpler. Communication had panels for messaging people he met, but that list was empty for now.
Training Room moved Hanul to an empty white space, but looking at the system clock, nothing extreme like time dilation was applied here.
'Kinda reminds me of that place I met the gods. Wonder if that's the same space.'
Continuing with the last system options, Notification was empty, and Compendium showed him details of things he encountered. Aside from the grass, that simply said "It's just grass," there was an entry for the planet that he was on.
'Planet Sapphire. A fertile planet on the outer rings of the Jewel star cluster. This planet hasn't had any immortal ascenders yet, but there is some influence given from the immortal "Chou Bingzhu". The main system is cultivation, and is deemed a good foundation for the AF system to integrate into the immortal systems.'
Closing the system, Hanul looked around once more, taking in the sights. A large smile grew on his face, as his gaze fell on the mountains on the horizon.
'Well, let's get started!'
