Third pov
The feeling of something soft touching his skin makes him groan as he tries to turn only to not be able to.
His hands move on their own accord with his eyes still closed when they land on skin
"Baby" Lorenzo whispers thinking that he might be in a dream.
A sweet dream where everything was suddenly ok between them and they are back to normal.
He opens his eyes and is met with a sight that has him cursing in bliss.
"Serena" Lorenzo calls out and the moment she lifts her face and stares into his eyes he feels trapped.
"You were having a nightmare" she says softly and at her words the look on his face changes and it becomes hardened with his eyes clouding over as he remembers his dream
The dream where he saw notone but two kids calling out his name with outstretched hand
They were both calling him dad and telling him to help before they were swallowed by darkness.
