Serene looks up at Lorenzo who is now seated besides her as he listens to all the things she has been through.
The pain the sorrow and everything else hit him hard and he can feel his heart clenching in pain, pain of not being there for her when she needed him thr mos in her life and pain of never being able to see just how much she has been through.
"I'm sorry" Lorenzo whispers and grasps both her hands in his while looking at her face the solemn expression giving away just how sad he feels.
"No I'm sorry" Sereme confesses and bites her cheeks while looking up at him" You never knew any of this Enzo and even if you did it's all past now" Sge confesses.
"It doesn't matter, part of loving you is being able to see the pain in your eyes and helping you heal from it but I was just being selfish" He says and she shakes her head before cupping his face.
