It was Late Morning when they both woke up and they couldn't shake their grogginess. Scarlet was able to shake enough of it to look over at the bowl and tried to crawl over to it. Alex noticed what she was doing and got the bowl for her.
As Scarlet looked at it and said "I think that we were Drugged. When did this stuff get here Last Night? Do you smell anyone on the bowls?"
Alex got on alert and woke up even more. He took his time and made sure to try and pick up on anything from the sender. Sadly, he said "I'm sorry. I can't pick up on anything other than us. Who could have sent us the food if not someone from our group with 'Rockys' help?"
Scarlet looked at him and said "This is something from My World. It wasn't 'Rocky' that sent us here." Scarlet's face went pale as she said "It must be My Masters First Apprentice. He was sent away when I was younger because he tried to kill me. I never knew why."
"We need to get back NOW!!" With that Scarlet sent them both back to camp and were greeted with a shocking surprise.
Nothing was wrong and no One was missing. It was then that Scarlet understood the Message. He was here and he could get to her. Alex walked over to Nick and said, "Get things packed we are leaving Now."
This worried everyone and they didn't waste time, they grabbed the Kids and started walking without a word. No One from the other side said anything, they just let her go like she was never there. They would keep their word and not say anything like she had never crossed their path.
At Noon the kids wanted to food and Scarlet wasn't going to stop until she heard their Stomachs growling. It was only then that she noticed how hungry she was as well and decided to stop. Nick started cooking and Scarlet watched everything that he put in it. She held on to her Babies like they were going to leave her at any minute.
Travis pulled Alex over to the side to ask what happened. When Alex filled him in Travis understood why Scarlet was acting so strangely. He walked over and picked her up to put her into his lap.
He whispered into her ear "We will watch out for you better I Promise. Now that we know about him, we will do everything possible to protect you."
Scarlet tried to put her mind around it and said "I shouldn't have accepted any of you. He is too strong, and I can't. I'm not strong enough…" She trailed off as she started to cry and hold her babies close; feeling the Hole in her heart get deeper than it had ever been. She felt like she would be destroyed if she left them all behind.
Travis held her and said in a firm voice "We will never leave you! And we will help you destroy whatever you want. Don't forget that you have Alex's strength Now. He is anything but Weak and you know that for a fact. Close your eyes and feel him, His strength is flowing through you Now. You are much stronger than you were when you came here. My Sweet Brave 'Little Spirit' you have gotten stronger since you lost your Family. You have become much stronger here Before you even had Alex's strength."
Taking a breath, he continued "He got the jump on us before. Now we know that he is here we can prepare for him."
Scarlet looked at Travis and couldn't stop the tears falling down her face. She held her babies to her and said, "I don't know what to do?"
