Doctor Sebastian was on alert when he heard that she was bleeding. He said "What do you mean by your bleeding. I am a Doctor where are you hurt? You should have said something to me sooner. Let me see I have my stuff just over there let me get it." He said as he tried to get to his stuff on the wall, but he found that he was unable to move.
Scarlet quaintly said "I am fine. I don't need help, and I got the bleeding thing under control. It is normal for me. So, you all can just leave after Breakfast and don't camp out around me and draw attention to this area." She couldn't believe that she had to explain her Period to yet Another Male and this One was a Doctor! The more that she thought about it the more Embarrassed that she became and the redder her face got.
Both Alex and Doctor Sebastian thought that something was wrong with her when she put her Cherry Red face into her bowl and continued to eat. They were going to move towards her worried that she may need help, when again they found that they couldn't move.
Travis laughed and said "Just leave her alone she will be fine. Being what she is, she knows what she needs. Even if she didn't, she wouldn't let us help her."
Throwing him a grateful look, the others didn't question her further and just let her be. As all the Males took their time to eat and trying to think about a way to get her to let him stay. She finally said, "Since I'm done and as you all are finishing up, Let's see about that plant you brought."
Doctor Sebastian was so funny when he fumbled around and got the plant for her. He said "I never seen this plant before, and there was a huge area that was covered in these. They didn't have a smell of any toxin, but I still grabbed it with the same processions as last I did with the last plant."
"Did you see any animal footprints around or lots of fertilized soil around the area?" was her next question and they stumped Doctor Sebastian as he said "Fertilized Soil? What does that look like?"
Scarlet had a confused look on her face and looked at the other Two and they both looked equally confused, so she said "No One here farms? Fertilized soil around a dangerous plant will be rich in nurturance and make it easier for plants to grow in that area, because of the dead bodies putting the nutrients that were in the body will get transferred into the soil."
With the looks that Scarlet got she couldn't keep it in and started to laugh all over again. Clearly this New World is still in the real Stone Age. They had no idea of farming in this area at least. Their survival depended on a lot of luck apparently and very little skill. If it was not for the Males basic knowledge the Females would be dead before they reach breeding age.
She said, "Well it seems like you all have been living by luck and have no real survival tack ticks." She started to look at the plant and did a verbal observation and said "The plants where I'm from can be cauterized by toxic and non-toxic, something that will kill you or not. Most of the time they have bright colors or will have rich earth around the area of the plant. Some have a pungent or a sweet smell. When making the decision to eat it or not, if you are unsure grab an animal and make them eat it. If they Die then Don't Eat, it if they get Sick then Don't Eat it."
Taking another look at the plant Scarlet continued, "Things here are different from where I've been through. So, a lot of the same warning signs that go along with those areas I have been don't really work here." They all looked at her with Wonder and Surprise in their eyes and on their faces. Scarlet started to feel weird and didn't know how to deal with all the attention, so she asked for the plant.
Doctor Sebastian didn't want her to touch it at that point said, "I will hold it out to you, and you can look but not touch." The others were shaking their heads agreeing.
Scalet just looked at them and was shocked that they were all agreeing with each other and treating her like a piece of glass. She used her Energy to make them all stay still, then used it again to have the wind bring her the plant. When she touched it all their eyes widened in panic. Scarlet gave a light chuckle and said, "Hey Rocky is this edible?"
They were curious who she was asking because she gave nicknames to all of them. When they noticed that part of the Wall turned to sand and flowed to her. She looked back and forth between the wall and the ground and said "Why should I eat it? What fun could that be?"
Putting together what she said and what the answer she got was Doctor Sebastian said, "Don't you dare if anyone is going to eat it, it will be One of us." The others voiced the same opinion as well. Travis said, "What does he mean by fun?"
Scarlet just looked at them and said "I don't know what he means by that, but things will be going to be interesting if eaten. The last time I lessoned to them, I basically came around after doing a whole bunch of bad things almost Two days later."
It was then that Rocky made himself known again and spun the ground under Scarlet indicating good fun. She said "I don't know. If it was going to harm me, he wouldn't tell me to eat it. Although he is not telling me why I should eat it."
