There was a huge gust of wind that blew her over and spun her in a tiny twister. Alex said, "What did that mean."
This was a big decision that she had to make and finally she looked at the Plant then the Males and finally towards the entrance of the cave and said, "Don't you have an opinion?" This got all the Males attention and they looked at the entrance all at once. This bought her the time of hearing a lecture and took a bite of the plant.
Doctor Sebastian was the first to turn back and see her just as she was about to swallow. His face became white as a sheet, and he went to go to her and try to make her spit it out, but it was too late. Down the Hatch it went, and it didn't take long for the effects of the plant to start working.
Scarlet just looked at Doctor Sebastian who was right in front of her and said "It's a Hallucinogen. It's not Toxic and won't kill me. But I do have the strong urge to go out and play. That is why I think that Rocky wanted me to eat it. I haven't really played with them in a while."
The longer that she talked the more the effect of the plant was taking hold.
As the Males were looking at her with concern the more time went on. Doctor Sebastian was doing his assessment and taking notes of the plant's effects. He was asking her questions, and Scarlets answers were becoming lazier as she answered him, but he continued to ask questions anyway.
She was getting curious about the effects herself and started to ask questions like "What do my black spots in my eyes look like?" Then asked for some water. Alex got the water because he was closer but when Doctor Sebastian said, "The black spots in your eyes are huge what does that mean?" She started to explain when her world started to spin.
Scarlet grabbed the closest thing to try and steady herself and the next thing she knew was the coldness on her lips. Scarlet tried to focus on the feeling of the water in her mouth and cling to reality for a little bit. Things were quickly spinning out of control, and she felt like she was having an out of body experience.
Sitting their Scarlet could see what was in front of her, but she didn't really feel like she could move because she couldn't focus on it that well. She could hear someone talking to her but when she looked at the person the mouth didn't match up with the words she was hearing.
There was a delay with the words and the mouth movement. When she reached out to touch the speaker in front of her, her hand didn't quite make it. It was grabbed by the person and the skin was Freezing like Artic Ice. The hand was colder than the cold spot on her shoulder, that was cold but was like Normal Ice. Something Warm grabbed the back of the neck and leaned her back on something extremely soft. Then the Arctic Cold started to move onto her stomach and Press in different areas One of which was Very Painful. It was so painful that she pushed everything away from her and rolled over to her side and cried out in pain.
This was when they all started to panic and the Little Fuzzball was pushed to the side. As Doctor Sebastian was trying to uncoil Scarlet and see what was happening the Little Fuzzball was fighting his way to protect His Mommy.
Alex was getting mad at him and wanted him out of the way so that His Female could get treated. At the End of his Patience Alex was about to harm the Little Fuzzball and get him out of the way For Good when out of nowhere Travis was all over him. He had Alex pinned down with One arm and the Little Fuzzball in the other. Travis said in a malicious voice "If you ever harm him you don't need to worry about me hurting you. It will be her. She may not have given birth to him, but she sees him as her Pup, and you will Destroy not only yourself but Her as well. Do you understand me He is Hers and She is His."
They were so focused on themselves that they didn't notice that Scarlet had Disappeared from the Cave. When Doctor Sebastian turned back to her to continue with his examination he cried out "Where did she go!!!" Even the blanket was gone. This brought Alex and Travis back to reality and out of their confrontation. They started to franticly look for her. Travis kept a hold of the Little Fuzzball so that no harm would come to him, and they all started to tear that place apart. Being a cave as it were there were only so many places that she could have gone because they were all in front of her and she didn't go past them.
They had the place searched from top to bottom in a matter of seconds, yet she was not found. She couldn't have just disappeared, but she was not here. The whole time Little Fuzzball was calm as he tried to get down from Travis' grasp. He knew his Mommy and knew that she was just playing. Since the Bigger Males were not lessoning to his calls, he bit Travis to get his attention and ended up only hurting his little teeth in the process. Letting out a painful cry he was then grabbed from behind and pulled into the darkness. It was his Mommy. His Mommy had him and they were moving somewhere.
Not long after, he seen nothing but light and it was so bright that he had to close his eyes and hide in his Mommies embrace. She walked as best as she could to a shaded area and asked him what hurt. He opened his mouth and she looked at him as best as she could. Hearing her Little Fuzzball cry out brought her back to reality and she was able to focus better.
As she looked in his mouth Travis was the First One to her looking at her and making sure that she was okay. She said "Knock it off I'm looking at my Pup. He got hurt and I need to see him." Travis said, "I think that he just bit me to hard when trying to get my attention." Scarlet got mad and turned to him with a Murderous Glare and said, "Why would he need to bite you?"
He took a step back and said, "We were looking for you and I'm sorry I didn't pay attention to him when he was talking. I was just trying to keep him save while trying to find you."
This would have Made her angry if she was normal but now, she was Really Angry and she wanted to know why Her Pup needed protection. She started to look around with nothing but a look of Raging Death for anyone or anything that was going to harm her Pup and that was when she felt it. A wetness on her hand and when she looked down her face completely softened.
Her Little Fuzzball was licking her hand and said, "Are you okay Baby?" He looked at her with the cutest little face and said "I missed Mommy. I want Mommy. Males all over Mommy trying look at Mommy. I know Mommy be mad." Travis started to translate and that made her happy that he was worried about her and calling her Mommy.
"Aww, my sweet baby I'll be okay. Do you want to play?"
Travis was not that surprised Scarlet's actions at all and said, "Am I allowed to play too?"
She just glared at him and said "If you didn't finish all of your food and show me your clean bowl then NO."
It was then that he disappeared, Alex and Doctor Sebastian popped up with empty, clean bowls closely followed by Travis. They all held out their bowl and Travis was finishing his last bite with a mouth full of food. Seeing how full his mouth was, it was funny, so she laughed and ended up sinking into the ground.
Alex and Doctor Sebastian started to freak out and try to grab her but were too slow and before they made it to her she was gone. Travis who had known her the longest put his bowl back into the cave, changed into his animal form and started feel around with whatever connection that they shared. Leaving the other Two to be digging what was already a huge hole, looking for Scarlet where they last seen her.
Once he found the spot where it felt the strongest, he patted the ground and it moved away. Walking to the water he got in and started to swim to where he had the feeling. Looking around, he discovered that the feeling was under the water, and he stuck his head under it. That was when Alex shot into the water in his snake form. He was moving around and looking at everything and everywhere that she could hide. Not noticing that she was behind him, and she had a tail like One of the Fish Males. He was laughing at Alex, because she moved quickly in the water, and he was not able to find her.
He wanted to keep watching but he needed air, so he lifted his head up and Doctor Sebastian got his attention wanting to know what he was doing and if she was there. As he was asking Alex emerged from the water and asked the same things as Doctor Sebastian. Neither One of them were around the Little Female for long and even though Travis didn't know her well either, he had known her long enough to just go with it and try to help when and where he could.
The other Two were getting mad when Travis didn't answer them and were about to attack when the Little Fuzzball shot out of the water and landed on Travis' head with a 'Bonk'. He looked a little freaked out and wet, but he knew that his Mommy would never hurt him and trusted her. He looked at Travis and said, "Mommy wants know how you follow her."
This shocked the Males to their core that Travis could follow Their Female wherever she went. He thought about it for a moment before his replying and said, "I follow my heart." The Little Fuzzball jumped from his head and into the water to start swimming and Travis disappeared under the water to follow. Doctor Sebastian Grabbed the Pup and Alex dove into the water. What met his eyes was something that he didn't expect to see. She was a FISH FEMALE, and she was all over that Black Tiger.
Scarlet just looked at Travis with such curiosity that it made her seem like she was looking at a Lover. Alex made his way deeper to them because he just couldn't stand the Black Tiger to be getting close to His Female. He was about to confront them when there was a Small Splash in the water and the Little Fuzzball was making his way to his Mommy. Seeing this she swam up to him and put him into a Small Air Bubble. He was looking up and saying that she needed to get up.
