Chapter 29: You were Indeed Fooled and Used, But Not by Me
"I was the one who was fooled and used so don't act like you are the victim now," Edric's voice was low, but his words came out like snarls with the bite he put on them.
"That's funny. You are not the only one who's getting furious," Loreen dared to piss him off even more.
She did not know it was fun to see his face twisted with anger. It was a new discovery for her.
Edric looked like he was about to scream at her, but he closed his eyes instead. His hands were balled into fists.
He probably stopped himself from speaking because they were not in a place, they could yell at each other.
If this was somewhere more private, he might be screaming at her now just like he did on their anniversary.
