I stood there watching the screen as it had a circle loading screen. I don't know how long it took. The next thing I know my son clapped in my face startling me back "Mom. You spaced out for ten minutes" he says looking concerned
"I'm fine dear. I got a reward from the system. It's says it'll be customized for me" I say trying to reassure him. "Customized. That may make my guide obsolete." He says looking concerned.
This makes me concerned because he usually doesn't show his emotions. I realize just how stressed he is now
"How long before it finishes updating?" He ask, "if there's enough time I can help you go through and revise my guide"
I look at my system. Somehow it actually finished during this little conversation. "It's done now" I say
Under my son's guidance we find out little actually changed. The real surprise came when I grabbed his guide again.
'Keeper of knowledge system feature unlocked: reference material found. Catalog? Yes/no'
"Try it mom" my son suggests. So I click 'yes'
'Cataloging' the screen says. The binder disappeared from my hands. There was no way of knowing where it went. One second it was there. The next gone.
'Systems guide. Unknown author. Successfully Cataloged. Keeper of knowledge may now summon this reference material at will or view it through the system'
I read the message and press in information button 'to summon stored knowledge simply thing of what you wish to summon and say "summon" with intent. To view through the system access the archives feature and select the work you wish to view'
"I guess that will be useful" my son says over my shoulder reading it "yeah. I guess it will be" I say backing out of the info page. When the home screen pops up there's new tabs. 'System' and 'Archives'
"Check the 'System' tab first mom" my son tells me as I do it. It brings up a page. It shows my current status. As I look I see a title under my name 'knowledge keeper' I click it
