While New Ottawa began their rise once again, the New World Order sound themselves in a power struggle. Rothschild's return left Lords Rockefeller and Blackstone unable to control their divided nations. While Rockefeller had majority of the resources and Blackstone holding the majority of the money, it was Rothschild who had the largest military might. With his military, he seized control of the majority of their territories and held control.

While Rothschild's reign of terror rocked the Eastern Hemisphere, the New Ottawans began sending troops, tanks, bullets and supplies over to coast. The Overlord, Cassie and Keith all had begun loading up supplies to make the biggest push on the New World Order as if it was D-Day in World War Two.
Reports out of Europe were grime. Rothschild's Death Squads had stacked bodies of mothers, fathers and children far worse than the Nazis of World War Two and Stalin in the Soviet Union combine.
