In the early hours of the morning, when the sky was still enveloped in darkness, a new day began and Ron prepared himself alongside Drakoros for their hunt. The separation from the previous day had brought about a noticeable change in Drakoros - an aura of confidence and enhanced strength surrounded him. Yet Ron was aware that their journey was far from over. Drakoros needed to continue growing to face more powerful monsters and support Ron in all their challenges. Ron urgently sought a way to rapidly strengthen Drakoros, and that's when the idea of crystals came to mind.
The crystals seemed to be the key to expanding Drakoros' abilities. But which type of crystals would help him progress quickly? Most people required only a few unusual crystals to enhance their powers, but Drakoros was different. His evolution demanded more to break his limits - at each step, he needed more than double the crystals.
The rare crystals that promised the most significant progress were hard to obtain. Ron wasn't strong enough to venture into the more dangerous zones where these crystals could be found. There was a possibility if monsters from higher zones descended into lower ones, but that was a rarity and a significant challenge. Ron had no choice but to hunt for both unusual and common crystals.
Another obstacle was the low chance of monsters dropping crystals. About seven monsters had to be defeated to acquire just one crystal. It was frustrating, but Ron also saw the opportunity to become stronger through this process. Thus, he decided to take it slow.
Ron and Drakoros opted to temporarily separate paths to quickly acquire crystals. Ron would hunt for the unusual crystals while Drakoros focused on the common ones. An invisible connection between them ensured they were constantly informed about each other's condition. They would reunite in the evening after Ron explained the plan.
