As the name suggests, it is a fixed portal to enter a certain world, which is safer and simpler than forcibly tearing space apart, or entering the world through a summoning ceremony, and it won't cause repulsion.
I've said before, all worlds are but grains of sand in the Supreme Mother River.
Some grains of sand under the erosion of the river become even brighter, turning into gems. Naturally, there are some small grains of sand that can't withstand the main river's erosion, but they're lucky enough to not be obliterated and they eventually fall into a certain tributary, just like old existences and mutants, hidden at the bottom of the Primordial Spirit Sea.
These small worlds themselves have spirituality and evolutionary instincts. Therefore, they will draw on the power of the Primordial Spirit Sea, longing for a higher level of transition, or even choose a more efficient method...
