From a distance, it looked like a battlefield drenched in fresh blood.
However, today, in both the process of entering the secret realm of the Wild Ant Tomb and in the Bloody Gobi Beach, there were no traces of this swarm of Red Fire Ants.
It's important to know that as the Tool Ants that are bred by the ant nest, they don't possess high intelligence and know only to gather food and bring it back to their mother nest. Even if they are often preyed upon by other predators in the process, it does not stop them.
Even if some die, new Red Fire Ants would continue to fill their place, until the predators are fed and give up the hunt on their own. The remaining Red Fire Ants would take away the food that their fellows did not bring back.
Of course, the caveat is, one should never get in the way of a mass of Red Fire Ants, or it would mean suicide.
They don't even fear death, how could they be scared off by an altar?
