Logan hesitated for a moment before slowly accepting the item passed to him by the Princess. Glancing down, he discovered it was an elegantly crafted invitation, its gold-embossed pattern shimmering brilliantly in the sunlight. He furrowed his brows, seeming a tad overwhelmed.
"This..." Logan lifted his gaze toward the Princess, a flicker of puzzlement in his eyes, "Princess, this invitation..."
The Princess watched him with a smile brimming with expectancy, and then began to explain, "Oh, this is an invitation to the auction. Not just anyone can enter the auction, this invitation is merely a stepping stone. But without it, you can't even get through the door."
