Clang!
Thick glass shards scattered all over the floor.
"What are you doing?!"
Dr. Lee fell to the ground, his face full of shock and confusion.
The blackness in his eyes receded slightly, as if he was starting to sober up.
But soon, his expression showed a struggle, and the blackness covered his eyes again.
Strangely, though some glass shards pierced his face, there was no sign of blue light blood seeping out.
"I've been suspicious of you for a while."
Ree Shil approached Dr. Lee, iron stick in hand.
Looking down at him, he could see the part of Dr. Lee's neck below the collar of the protective suit.
To his surprise, there was no skin beneath Dr. Lee's exposed neck, only tightly packed muscle fibers!
Clearly, he was no longer a normal human.
Ree Shil had suspected something was off when he found several protective suits earlier and had played with them out of curiosity.
He discovered that the suits were too heavy for a human to handle easily.
