Considering that many cultivation novels refuse information on them, at least the ones I've read, here is a brief explanation of the cultivation realms known so far explaining Cultivation.

Cultivation: Cultivation is the act of getting more powerful by using Qi in your surroundings, but this can also be named different things like Chakra, Chi, Ki, or even more; this usually leads a character to be able to destroy entire mountains or planets, maybe even a universe this isn't just destruction this is also creation, and most people go for cultivation for longevity and to reach godhood.

Qi Gathering: Qi begins gathering around you, forming a slight aura that occurs once you are born; once you are old enough and learn, you can collect the Qi inside your body and spread it through your organs, skeleton, tissues, and more. People who have gotten to the peak of Qi Gathering are superhuman, able to destroy walls with a punch. Tribulation does not occur.

Qi Condensation: You begin condensing the Qi inside your body into a liquid-like state, which gets ingrained inside your body, and you can now form Qi outside your body. Although limited, it can help create attacks or help you protect yourself. Once Qi is fully condensed, you can destroy entire buildings. Tribulation begins but is weak.

Foundation Establishment: Once Qi fully condenses inside you're body, you will need to build a foundation for the Qi to be on so it doesn't harm yourself and overflow your body, which limits the amount of Qi inside your body and also stops others from injecting extremes amount of Qi inside your body. Only after the Foundation has reached its peak will you be able to destroy city blocks and entire towns with your full power. Tribulation becomes equal to your power. You also have to Harden your skin, Enhance your organs, and reach Bone Forging in Body Cultivation; the names are self-explanatory.

Core Formation/Golden Core: After the Foundation, you need to make a core that surrounds your soul, supplies it with Qi, and protects the soul, making it harder to destroy one's soul and also allows the user to create a womb for their soul to grow inside of. Once the core forms, you can destroy and even create entire Cities. Tribulation begins growing stronger than your power and starts attacking the soul, and Tribulation also lasts longer. It requires the body's purification, empowering it, making it more resilient to damage, and finally hardening the body to withstand Tribulation.

Soul Condensing/Nascent Soul: After the Core Formation and the Core surrounds the soul and protects it, will you be enlightened on how to allow the soul to leave the body and make the soul go from an infant to a child and continue to make it grow until you can create a complete clone of yourself. This will allow you to control both bodies and do double the damage to an opponent, but this will require concentration. You can now destroy mountains. The Tribulation becomes more dense and robust and will last as long as one week. Your soul requires purification, and once it is purified and ridden of all sin, you can advance.

Divine Transfiguration: Once the soul forms and is the size of a child, you can change your body, letting go of mortal weaknesses and being immune to all diseases, illnesses, and poisons. Assassinations via poison are no longer possible, and Your soul. It grows and becomes equal to your size. You can now change your body, how it looks, and even your voice. Tribulation will last for multiple weeks and even a month; along with this, it is getting slower to cultivate in this realm as you need more Qi than before to do so. By this point, your abode contains the correct elemental spiritual energy that will have more information once Kaida reaches it! At this point, your body will stagnate and go without change for long periods.

Mystical Qi Formation: Once Your body has become closer to those of the Immortals, your Qi begins transforming into Mystical Qi/Mana, something more advanced than standard Qi, and allows you to start staying at the current age you already are at. This Qi will enable you to create Artifacts that can do many different things if you understand how to make them and how to use them. Tribulation becomes severe, and artifacts are necessary to keep yourself safe unless your body cultivation is more substantial. At this point, Qi will reform into Mystical Qi/Mana, and standard Qi cannot absorb, from now on, fighting others at your level or killing beasts stronger than you. You can destroy and create large islands or small countries!

Chaotic Star Formation

Creating a small star within you, you gain the ability to create astral projections and are able to traverse the world with no limits, though there are things used to stop astral projections from reaching certain locations, though if strong enough one can bypass it or remove it, The star burns away Mana the longer a Astral Projection is used.

Divine Constellation Formation

The ability to be unable to age, they are not only immune to the manipulation of age but also disconnect from Time itself existing separately being unaffected by things like Time stop or Time Travel. People like these usually exist in very powerful places and are treated respectfully, sometimes Generals or Teachers

Void Transcendence

Anyone at this realm is powerful enough to enter the void and also are able to disconnect from Space-Time and Arrays. Their treated as respected guests wherever they go, people like this are usually teachers at Academies to raise the Youth and are well mannered since most were taught by the Emperor Gu Fei Yang

The Void - A location outside of Time and Space where people in Void Transcendence move through to get from point A to Point B, while it's like teleportation time still passes for outside, so it's more in the sense moving extremely fast to reach the other area phasing through objects. The Void is Devoid of Matter and Energy so that means no Mana or abilities could be used here.

Supreme Qi Formation

A higher level of Mana which is more refined and fine tuned for Cultivation, Existing Separately from Mana itself though, it helps create abilities and do more damage against people of lower or equal realms, it allows one to step closer to Ascending into the higher realm, though this is the point it becomes all skill and no Talent, for there isn't any type of Talent which could surpass this level and purely requires one's skill to reach a higher realm.

Godly Ascension Realm

You let go of all Weaknesses a normal human or Ascended Human could have, people which are bound by something like a Physical body which will be no longer needed as one with this realm can interact with others and be completely invisible unless the other person enters the void or releases a Astral projection, but also being able to get attacked even inside the void or as a Astral projection by someone in this realm, anyone inside the Void is visible to them. They don't need the Void to Travel to other locations, only a handful exist in this realm.

Universal Absorption

People at this level are world renown and popular Heroes which have stopped great Evil's being selfless and sacrificing parts of themselves for others which cannot protect themselves, they are able to absorb Supreme Qi from across the entire Universe being able to traverse through it in an instant, not only such but are able to destroy it completely.

Infinite Empyrean Realm

The Pinnacle of Mortal Cultivation, you can Ascend from here and instantly reach the Lawless Realm if one desires it.

Now, the Gods!

Gods are put into three categories: low-order gods, Gods, and high-order Gods. Low-order gods have little importance but are still governors of concepts. Which is for the convenience of lower beings. To some extent, gods are those like motherhood, thunder, fire, and more. Lastly, high-order gods like Mother of Genesis or Lord of Cultivation exist. As for Realities True Emperor, they exist beyond these usual gods :3

Magic Names

『Ahura』- Used to create a fist and shockwave which bursts the opponents eardrums and then slams them into a wall or send them flying using enough force to crack their Core at the center of their body.

『Nira』- The Use of Pocket Dimensions

『Tempera』- The use of Time Magic and Stopping Time.

『Inverse Tempera』- The reversing or forwarding of Time.

『Reversed Causality』- The Removal of one from the Past and Future to make them immune to the abilities of Time Abilities.

『Temporal Eclipse』- The ability to stop Time for beings which are within the fourth dimension or higher.

『Spatial Movement』- Moving through Space and Coordinates, specifically called teleportation by some.

『Mazda』- The Use of Increasing or decreasing Gravity or even removing it as a whole.

『Demon Gods Punishment』- The ability to use Illusions which give the person entrapped in it a entity strong enough to beat them, it is usually used as a trial.

『Ramurious』- The use of the Element of Magic and creating a stronger version of these elements, it expands one elements including the periodic table of elements or more.

『Limitless』- The use of Imagination to create or destroy.

『Mana Detection』- The Detection of Mana, Qi, and Spiritual Energy.

『Cosmopasis』- The manipulation of the Cosmos and creation and manipulation of Reality and Physics.

『Soul Destruction』- The Destruction of another person's soul or the reshaping of the soul.

『Primordial Elements』- The manipulation of Light and Darkness

『Zenos's Curse』- The Erasure of objects or people down to their Concept and History.
