Chanaka walked into work the next day. He put on his gear and started to work. He was very efficient in his work, as his strength was of good use. He did not even need to use a lot of the machinery, just his hands were enough. The rest of the crew stood amazed watching him work. Some even began to take rest, as Chanaka did all their work. A dark presence stood in the shadows and watched Chanaka with keen eyes. He then vanished into the darknesss soon after.
Akane was in the top floor of the construction site. He tore himself into two and a demon screeched in anguish. ""What was that?" Uttured Chanaka but no one seemed to notice it. The demon ran amok, screeching in anguish and pain. It left its rage and pain out, finally it's screeching subsided. The demon went back to the body of Akane. He wore his safety gear and hat and walked back down to his work. He saw Chanaka and snared at him. When Chanaka looked at him, he smiled. "Where have you been?" they all asked him. "Nowhere," he replied. "Why is no one working?" he asked them. Because of him," they said abd pointed at him. "He does all the work," they said. Akane snared at him.
Chanaka went late to his home and lied on his couch. He had not trained that day. He was tired and closed his eyes. Master Maroshi came in his dream. "Get up and train," he commanded in his ethereal tone. "The true warrior trains when his is tired, when he has no more left to give."
"The strongest of warriors train more when they are tired. That is when the spirit grows. That is where the true strength lies."
Chanaka got up in an instant, put his training jacket on walked to the nearby warehouse which were empty. He switched the lights on and started to do push ups.
Time to push the earth, he uttured.
