Riona the second heir of Drakos the second powerful sect watched her brother Ryu practicing his skills for the tournament. She knows that her brother will win but she can't help but criticize the male population after all no females are allowed to join the tournament. A sad expression falls over her face when Ryu destroys the dummies with his magic. Being direct descendants of the dragon makes it easy for them to win over everyone except the Emperor who are descendants of the Almighty and the Ruler of Eternal darkness. They are untouchable for both drakos and decedents of angels. Riona is confident in her abilities.
I think I can take them down if I get a chance, she thought.
Noticing Riona's sad expression Ryu stopped his training and approached his sister. Riona focused back on the present ignoring her thoughts.
"You look sad." Ryu pointed out.
"Do you think Dad will make me the official heir once you get selected as a crown prince's Aide?" Riona asked. Ryu smiled a bit.
"You know how it works, men don't work under women. They think you can't rule and about Dad, I don't know." Ryu admitted.
"It's not fair. I have abilities too but I am not allowed in such a thing."
"We can't do anything about it."
"Get closer to the crown prince and tell him to pass laws so women can do this job too."
"You are the only woman I see that wants to do war instead of other stuff."
"Because it's boring. You never judge me thank god because if it was someone else they would have buried me alive."
Ryu chuckled and offered her his hand. Riona took it and let Ryu walk to the weapons. Ryu checked the weapons and glanced back at his sister.
"Weapons or only magic?" The Ryu question made Riona happy.
"Magic." She said.
Ryu agreed and both of them took the position. Riona created a mana attack on him. Shielding himself with his mana he ran near her by throwing a punat on her using his mana. Riona stepped out of his way before he could hit her. She kicked the back of his abdomen, and Ryu managed to land his palm on her back making both of them fly away from each other.
Ryu was the first to get up and help his sister.
"Good job." Ryu praised her.
"Thanks." Riona smiled at him.
"Mom is going to scold you," said Ryu pointing out the dirt on her clothes. Riona groaned in disbelief. She patted her palm on her clothes.
Hopefully one day she will change the rule herself.

Amidst a forest of the territory of lynx roared the divine white tiger with contentment. There is a huge pool of blood around him with dead bodies of animals. He slaughtered animals one after another, and his red eyes found a moment causing him to roar once again.
The heir of Lynx Theron assessed the situation, his people following him. The divine beast didn't have red eyes it was the first thought of Theron. The Divine best has golden eyes that shine brighter while the only time he kills is to protect the people of Lynx territory. But today it has gone on rampant. Instead of divine protection, it has a fury in his gaze.
The beast already noticed their presence and attacked them. Theron pulled out his metallic claws as his mana circled him. They know it's not easy for them to defeat the divine beast but protecting their people is more important than their lives. They attacked the beast from four directions barely giving him a scratch as the beast recovered himself.
"This won't do," muttered Theron to himself. "Chain him down." He ordered his people.
The Best howled when he felt the chains around his body. Theron chained his neck and stood in front of the beast. Placing his palm on the beast he called him out.
'Can you listen? Stop. What happened to you?'Theron asked.
'Stop him.'The divine beast responds.
'Stop who?'
He didn't get his answer and the beast roared on his face. Theron raised his fist and punched the beast with his full power which was enough to make the beast faint.
Thank you, I will free you. Theron thought to himself.
"Chain him around the strongest trees and keep an eye on him. I am sure Father would have the solution," said Theron.
The head of the lynx already reached the territory. His eyes widened when his gaze found the divine beast in the pitiful situation. His body is weak and smaller than his real form and the blood around him is something he would never do. Head didn't have to examine the beast he already sensed the evil spirit inside it. The head sighed out loud.
"What do we do?" Theron asked.
"We have to kill him. I can sense evil spirits inside the beast." Said head. Theron immediately disliked the idea and his people too. But the head of the Lynx is the only one who can make difficult choices.
"He is our divine animal, how we can kill him? There must be another way." protested Theron.
While they were busy arguing the evil beast woke up and broke the chains around him throwing them away. The head and Theron backed away noticing his moments. Their soldiers lay on the ground wounded.
The head pulled out his divine claw and jumped on the beast to kill him only to get blocked by Zebulon who managed to get here in time. The head backed away and assessed the young boy.
"How dare you stop me." demanded head but he already noticed the Zebulon's power.
"You don't need to kill him," said Zebulon.
The beast attacked Zebulon who was nearest to him but he was quick to doge and kick the divine beast on the ground. Zebulon's purple mana surrounded him. The head and Theron are taken back by him.
Zebulon jumped on the beast and pressed his palm on the evil beast's enveloping him in his mana. It took him a few minutes to remove the evil spirit from the beast's body. The evil spirit growled outside the body as his form weakened.
Zebulon jumped off the beast once it regained its mind. The divine beast stood up and healed his body, his gaze set on Zebulon.
'Thanks, kid.'He communicated telepathically.
'Don't thank me. I used a lot of mana to cure you go kill that spirit.' responded Zebulon.
The divine beast was taken aback by his answer but jumped on the evil spirit with his golden light surrounding him. He vanished the spirit into nothing.
Zebulon smirked remembering the certain girl who was as ferocious as a tiger. She didn't come here though. He thought maybe he would bump into her soon but not today since her presence was far away.
The Head and Theron just stare at the divine beast and Zebulon finally comes out of the shock. The divin beast nods at them.
"Sorry about the beings I killed, I was controlled by the evil spirit. It will take me a long time to recover." announced the beast.
"We understand and we can protect ourselves," answered head.
"What kind of divine beast you are, getting controlled by the spirits." Said Zebulon annoyed by the whole situation. He got a glare from the head and Theron. The beast shook his head knowing well who the kid was.
"He was going to take control over territory while I tried to stop him he took control over me," explained Beast not knowing why he was even doing it. With a final glance, he disappeared into the forest.
"Don't get into control again." Yelled Zebulon making the divine beast almost lose his steps.
The head of Lynx had enough of the arrogant boy and approached him with anger evident in his gaze. Theron followed him.
"Who are you and how dare you talk to divine beast in such a manner?" The head demanded. Zebulon rolled his eyes and pulled out the royal seal.
"Zebulon. I was sent here by the Emperor to take care of the situation." He said.
"Emperor. It means he already knows."
"That's why I am here."
The head of Lynx has enough of the arrogant and decides to give him a piece of his mind but Zebulon disappears before he can speak again.
There is one thing you need to know, no one can stop Zebulon.
