The grand meeting room was adorned with the flags of the nations Raiden had brought into unity….a testament to his work in uniting a fractured world. Representatives from various corners of the globe, each hailing from nations Raiden had aided, reporters were all over the place reporting on the event, as one by one the representatives started to arrive.

"And here we are, on what can only be described as a truly historic day for Gaia. This is the first-ever summit of the Unified Nations of Gaia, a meeting that will shape the future of our world, and for the first time in history, it's being broadcast live, unfiltered, for all to witness. The stakes are enormous as the leaders of our newly united nations come together to address the most critical issues of our time!"

The camera zoomed in as a large, black vehicle pulled up to the grand entrance.

"Arriving now, we have Arthur Curry, the king of Atlantis, representing not just the oceans but one of the most powerful, independent nations still standing. Atlantis has yet to fully integrate, but today's discussions may change that. With him, the fate of the seas is at the table."

Arthur stepped out of the car, his Golden armor winking in the bright sunlight as he strode, exuding confidence, toward the front entrance, the trident firmly held in his hand.

"And just behind him, we have Diana of Themyscira, Wonder Woman herself. The Amazon princess is here today representing the proud and ancient island nation of Themyscira. A powerful ally to any who would fight for peace, Diana's presence today signals the continued commitment of the Amazons to this global unification effort."

Diana emerged gracefully, her armor glinting in the sun as she gave a firm nod to the cameras and walked resolutely into the castle.

The camera panned to a line of limousines just starting to make their arrivals.

"Now, we see representatives from all over the world. The delegate from the European Federation arrives next, a coalition that has seen both triumph and turbulence during this unification process. Today, they're here to make their voice heard on the future of global leadership."

The suited representative walked out, greeted by flashes from the press.

"And arriving from the Pan-African Union, a collective of nations unified in vision yet still retaining their unique identities, another critical player in today's talks. Their stance on unity without sacrificing culture will no doubt play a significant role in the upcoming discussions."

…..

Inside the Current Temporary capital of Unified Nations of Gaia, Bialya, Say the representitves, in an oval table, each facing one another, with the discussions having already started with whispers, until Raiden raised a hand, the noise subsided. The meeting began, with the first topic hitting the table like a hammer.

Arthur was the first to speak, his deep voice exuded his opinion "We've made great progress with unification, but it's not enough. The remaining superpowers….nations like Russia, China, and the United States….are still holding out. How do we bring them into the fold without sparking a war? They won't give up their sovereignty easily."

A representative from one of the unified African nations chimed in, "We've suffered too much under colonization and the imposition of foreign powers. Even now, we're worried that the unification might repeat history, with the strongest nations absorbing the smaller ones. What guarantees do we have that we won't be overshadowed?"

There was a ripple of agreement across the table. Raiden remained silent, his hands folded as he observed the exchange with intrest

Bruce leaned forward He was here, representing as part of the Advisor Team of Raiden. "Unification has benefits, but we're ignoring the logistical nightmare. The world is massive. Different governments, administrations….how do we even begin to handle it? You can't just create a one-size-fits-all system. We're dealing with cultures, languages, and histories that stretch back millennia."

Merlin interjected, his voice calm but laced with a hint of irony. "Not to mention, there's the question of power. Every nation will want a say in how things are run. Who gets to decide what laws apply where? Does the King"….he glanced toward Raiden and winked…"become an emperor? Will the systems we put in place truly represent the people, or will they just reflect the will of the most powerful?" Merlin placed a trap, hoping someone would argue against Raiden's right, but failed, as the only one to react was, his wife

Kori frowned slightly and sent an angered look at Merlin, but remained quiet, watching Raiden to see if he would step in. He didn't. Raiden's face remained expressionless, He knew Merlin was throwing out a test

A representative from Europe spoke up, "Even if we agree on the idea of unification, where do we establish the capital? We cannot govern a world as vast as ours without a centralized place for the leadership. Should it be in Europe, It is…The center of the World? It is where much of the old-world influence still remains?"

This earned a lot of angered looks and complains from the other Countries, to which Raiden had to step in speaking "He's merely stating his Opinion, as you all are, Stop with this childish blabbering and continue, don't dwell on ideas…"

Diana gave a measured nod to Raiden's words, as she spoke. "There's also the question of trust. How do we ensure the new system doesn't lead to corruption? We can't exactly be everywhere"

Raven finally spoke, her voice soft but sharp. "This isn't just about borders or governance. Culture runs deep. Languages, traditions, religions….uniting the world without erasing these differences will be the hardest task. If we push too hard, we'll be sowing seeds of rebellion. People won't easily give up their identity."

The room fell into a murmur again as more voices chimed in. Some agreed, others disagreed, but the overwhelming atmosphere was one of doubt and confusion. Raiden remained silent, his eyes scanning the table, noting who spoke, who stayed silent, and the subtle tensions between old allies and new.

After a while, Arthur raised his voice again, this time with more frustration. "If we don't address the existing governments in these nations, we'll be dealing with resistance from within. There are officials, generals, and presidents who won't relinquish their power willingly. What do we do about them?"

A representative from South America countered, "And what about the people? If we replace their leaders, we risk losing their trust. No one will follow a puppet regime."

Merlin smirked. "So, we have a few options then….diplomacy, force, or manipulation. None of which are particularly inspiring."

The debate continued with representatives from Asia, Europe, and the Americas weighing in on the logistics of languages, cultural preservation, and how to maintain individual identities while promoting unity. Suggestions flew across the table, but every time someone thought they had a solution, another voice raised a counterpoint.

Diana voiced a thought many shared but hadn't yet said aloud. "Even if we find the right answers, there will be sacrifice. Some customs will clash. There are traditions that won't survive the unification. Are we prepared for that?"

The tension rose, but Raiden still observed, his posture calm, though inside, his mind worked through the hundreds of variables being tossed around. Scathach beside him remained similarly silent, though her watchful gaze occasionally flicked between speakers.

The argument over where the capital should be stationed began to spiral once more, with representatives from the Middle East, Africa, and Europe all having their own ideas, none of which could be reconciled.

Bruce leaned back in his chair, arms crossed, but said nothing further. His silence spoke volumes….he was letting the chaos play out, much like Raiden.

The arguments continued, and the room was filled with unresolved tensions. For hours, the representatives threw out complaints, solutions, and disagreements. No one had the perfect answer.

Finally, after what seemed like an eternity of back and forth, the room fell silent. All eyes turned to Raiden.

Without hesitation, he stood. His gaze swept over the room, taking in the faces of everyone present. The air hung heavy with expectation.

Raiden's voice, calm but commanding, cut through the silence. "Now that all of you have completed your complaints and suggestions…" He paused for effect, watching as some shifted uncomfortably in their seats. "Let me remind you to why I am the King here, and none of you are…."

The room fell into a hushed silence as all eyes followed him. Without saying a word, he strode toward the grand balcony that overlooked the sprawling lands below. The air was tense with anticipation, and even the most skeptical of representatives were drawn into the moment, waiting for his next move.

He stepped out onto the balcony, the cool wind brushing against him as he turned to face the assembly once more. His voice, clear and resolute, rang out over the quieted room.

"Let's solve your first problem, You all asked for a capital? Correct? Somewhere to anchor this world's future?"

He lifted his arm, gesturing toward the heavens, With an Arrogant smile on his face, he spoke. "Well, Here it is!"

Suddenly, the sky began to shift. Piercing through the clouds, a massive, awe inspiring structure descended. The sight was unlike anything the world had seen before! a fortress in the sky, gleaming as it slowly made its way toward the earth, a floating citadel of stone and greenery, both ancient and otherworldly. The fortress seemed to pulse with power, its size so vast that it cast a shadow over the land below

"This Ladies and Gentleman, People of Gaia, This is your New Capital, The Hanging Gardens of Babylon"

Gasps filled the room as everyone stood, staring in disbelief at the spectacle. The fortress was adorned with cascading waterfalls and lush gardens, its architecture reminiscent of the grandeur of Babylon, yet imbued with a mystical aura that made it seem almost alive. Towers rose high into the sky, capped with golden domes that sparkled in the sunlight. Intricate carvings decorated the walls, depicting ancient legends, while magical energy rippled in the air around it, making the hairs on the back of everyone's neck stand on end.

Raiden's voice broke the stunned silence.

"With a world as vast as this, there is no better capital than one that can be anywhere it needs to be…..a city that moves with the tides of change."

As the fortress descended closer to the balcony, the attention of everyone shifted. From the heart of the Hanging Gardens, a figure emerged, her presence as commanding as the fortress itself. Clad in an elegant black and purple gown, the Queen of Assyria, appeared with an air of regal arrogance. Her long, dark hair flowed behind her, and a jeweled headdress crowned her head, enhancing her already formidable beauty. Her amber eyes gleamed with disdain, her expression one of both irritation and confidence, Semiramis Made her presence known

Her voice was as sharp as a blade as she addressed Raiden, "You kept me hidden for far too long, and it's been nothing short of infuriating." She crossed her arms, her lips curving into a displeased pout, clearly annoyed by her prolonged absence.

Raiden, however, merely smirked, unbothered by her complaints. "Would you prefer to return to the throne, then?" he teased, the hint of amusement in his voice impossible to miss.

Semiramis' golden eyes narrowed, and she quickly retracted her attitude, her arrogance melting into playful submission. "Hmph. I'll admit being by your side is much more.....enjoyable." She smiled ever so slightly, her tone shifting, a mix of pride and affection underlying her words

The representatives, still in shock at the sight of the floating fortress and this commanding figure, barely had time to recover when yet another presence made itself known!

A flash of brilliance swept through the skies, as a radiant, energetic figure flew down from the Hanging Gardens, Her outfit….a mix of blue, Red, and white….was futuristic yet classical, the kind of attire worn by someone with both genius and flair. Her hair was a striking chestnut brown, curling just below her shoulders, with a few stray strands framing her face. Her most notable feature, however, was her eyes…full of intellect, curiosity, and the unmistakable spark of genius

To be More Accurate, most people around the world described her as one thing, A living Mona Lisa

Leonardo da Vinci…..the woman renowned as the greatest mind in human history and the creator of the world's most popular painting, Mona Lisa, descended gracefully onto the balcony. Her very presence was one of brilliance and whimsy. Despite her genius, there was a teasing, light-hearted air about her. She waved at the assembly, a confident smile on her face as if she were greeting old friends at a casual gathering!

"Well, well, well! I see everyone is in a bit of a dilemma" Da Vinci began with a grin, her voice melodic yet brimming with amusement. She placed a hand on her hip and surveyed the room, her eyes sparkling with mischief. "Don't worry, I'm here now! Let's figure out how to solve these world….altering problems, shall we?"

She winked at Raiden, her demeanor suggesting she was perfectly at ease in such a high-stakes situation.

Semiramis rolled her eyes, her annoyance flaring once more. "Do you always have to act with such flamboyance?"

Da Vinci chuckled,. "Why, of course! I wouldn't be me if I didn't!" She flashed a bright smile before turning to the assembly, her gaze becoming more serious. "But, in all honesty, we've got a lot to discuss. I've been working on some ideas that could help address your little cultural and logistical problems. And who better than the greatest mind in history to smooth it all out? Isn't that Right my King?" she turned to Raiden with a teasing smile

Raiden crossed his arms and sighed 'I promised to fund all her projects….I just hope she doesn't make me regret it, I have like half the world's money right now, she won't Be a problem? Right?'

He then turned to observing the reactions of the representatives, The world's capital wasn't going to be bound by old-world limitations or the disagreements of the past. With the Hanging Gardens being a Flying Fortress, the future capital of Gaia could be anywhere, adaptable to the world's ever-changing needs.

Semiramis, ever arrogant but fiercely loyal, stood beside him, while Da Vinci, with her boundless intellect, would solve the very issues the meeting had struggled with for hours

Merlin Moved besides Raiden and whispered "I did say things will be fun this way didn't I?"

To Which Raiden nodded in annoyance, after all, he'd hate to admit it, but, The idea to summon Semiramis and Da-Vinci, amongst many other Servants, Came from Him

"The World Has No Idea what's in store for it! With you as the head, we'll use the greatest mind in every field!" Spoke Merlin in high pride! To which Raiden sighed and said "Yeah at the cost of Half of my current Mana, Manifesting servants into Humuncli was a terrible Idea!"
