Luo Tian's words echoed through the Supreme Kai world, leaving Supreme Kai and the old Supreme Kai wide-eyed with astonishment. Their jaws figuratively hit the floor as they listened to the young Angel in the crystal ball speak.
However, the shock didn't end there. They soon realized that not only could they see Luo Tian in the crystal ball, but they could also hear him. The crystal ball could transmit audio from the person being monitored, though it didn't work in reverse.
Luo Tian, with a playful grin, even revealed his ability to gauge the time it would take to reach the Supreme Kai world. "The Supreme Kai world is a bit far away, depending on the situation, it takes 8 minutes to arrive. Sir Supreme Kai, would you like to come pick me up?"
Supreme Kai and the old Supreme Kai were rendered utterly speechless.
"Y-yeah... he's talking to us!" Supreme Kai stammered, the incredulity in his voice unmistakable.
"I... I heard it," the old Supreme Kai confirmed, his expression a mixture of amazement and disbelief.
Luo Tian, however, aimed to reassure them. "Don't be afraid, esteemed Supreme Kai. I harbor no malicious intent."
Supreme Kai, still trying to grasp the situation, found his voice. "You... who are you?"
"I am Angel Luo Tian," came the reply, delivered with a gentle gaze that locked onto the old Supreme Kai.
Supreme Kai, attempting to sound knowledgeable, muttered, "Four-character names are quite common..."
A sudden punch from the old Supreme Kai silenced him.
"Lord Ancestor, why did you hit me?" Supreme Kai asked in confusion, rubbing his sore head.
"Idiot! That's not a four-character name! His name is Luo Tian! He is an Angel!" the old Supreme Kai roared, unable to contain his frustration. "I've told you before to read more books, but you never listen. You're so uneducated!"
"Angel? What does that mean?" Supreme Kai asked, still befuddled. "I vaguely recall that in some cultural contexts, Angels are divine beings with wings on their backs..."
"You're not wrong. They are akin to the gods of Earth in some aspects," the old Supreme Kai nodded.
Luo Tian couldn't help but feel that his divine status was being downplayed. Being associated with Earth's gods wasn't exactly what he had in mind.
He then shifted the conversation to a topic he assumed the Supreme Kai would be familiar with—the Gods of Destruction.
"Have you heard of the Gods of Destruction?" Luo Tian inquired, waiting to gauge the old Supreme Kai's reaction.
The response he received, however, was far from what he anticipated.
"What Gods of Destruction?" The old Supreme Kai's expression was one of genuine puzzlement as he looked at Luo Tian through the crystal ball. The concept of Gods of Destruction seemed completely foreign to him.
Luo Tian couldn't believe his ears. It seemed that the old Supreme Kai had no knowledge whatsoever about the Gods of Destruction, which was a shocking revelation.
"Then who sealed you inside the Divine Sword?" Luo Tian pressed on with his questions.
"Sealed? Divine Sword?" The old Supreme Kai chuckled awkwardly. "You seem to know an awful lot about me..."
"There's very little I don't know," Luo Tian replied with a faint smile.
"Cough, cough... I was sealed by an elderly gentleman," the old Supreme Kai reluctantly admitted, his expression sheepish. "He was quite strong. He sealed me because he feared my unique abilities."
As the old Supreme Kai shared this information, he suddenly scratched his head, a peculiar expression on his face.
Luo Tian noticed the unease and decided to probe further. "Afraid of your special ability? Could you tell me more about it?"
The old Supreme Kai hesitated for a moment before responding, "Well, you see, it's a long story. My special ability is, uh, rather unconventional. I have the power to merge two beings into one."
Luo Tian's curiosity was piqued. "Merge two beings into one? That's quite fascinating. How did you acquire such an ability?"
The old Supreme Kai sighed, resigned to sharing his story. "It all started when an old man's wife took an interest in my Potara earrings. While I was asleep, she took them off and started playing around with them. Long story short, we ended up fusing together."
At this revelation, both Supreme Kai and the old Supreme Kai fell into a stunned silence.
Luo Tian couldn't help but comment with a wry smile, "So, the old man wasn't afraid of your special ability, but rather that you had...interactions with his wife. And not only did you interact, but you also merged with her. You essentially became one person."
Supreme Kai blinked, momentarily taken aback, before he processed the information. "Wait, so you're saying..."
Before he could finish his sentence, the old Supreme Kai reacted by delivering a swift punch to Supreme Kai's head, leaving him bewildered and nursing his aching skull.
"Idiot! That's not what happened! I was joking," the old Supreme Kai retorted, his embarrassment evident. "I was making up a story, you simpleton!"
Supreme Kai glanced back and forth between the old Supreme Kai and Luo Tian, trying to discern the truth.
