[VOTE STONES PLZ]
Werewolf is a strategic game that divides players into three factions: villagers, werewolves, and special roles (such as seer and witch). The werewolves can eliminate villagers during the night, while the villagers and special roles aim to identify and eliminate all the werewolves through discussion and voting during the day.
After returning to their common room, the six of them quickly created a set of Werewolf cards from paper. However, they needed one more player since there were only six of them in their dorm, and the game requires a minimum of seven players.
"Hey, Sue, do you want to join us for a game?" Kevin Entwhistle asked Sue Lee, a fellow student he was familiar with.
"Sure, what game is it?" Sue, accompanied by her friend Maura McDougal, walked over. Kevin explained the rules of the game to them, and Sue decided to join. Her friend Maura chose to watch the game with Hermione.
To ensure a smooth game, Tom took on the role of game master.
The six-player game ended rather quickly, with Tom serving as the game master for only two rounds of discussions. The werewolves won this round, which is easier for them in smaller games where they have a significant advantage.
"This game is interesting!" Anthony Goldstein exclaimed, enjoying the logical deduction aspect of it.
"You guys are playing something. Can we join?" Parvati Patil, Lavender Brown, and Lisa Turpin, who had noticed the group playing, approached with curiosity.
"It's called Werewolf. Would you like to hear the rules?" Anthony explained the rules to the three girls once they had gathered around.
With the rules explained, the first-year Ravenclaws were ready to join the game. In an eleven-player game, there were more roles and gameplay options, including the addition of a sheriff role.
"Alright, it's my turn to speak," Anthony cleared his throat. "I'm the seer, and I'm quite certain that Lisa is the witch..."
"Boom!"
Anthony: ?
Parvati Patil: "I'm the white werewolf."
Tom: "The white werewolf chooses to self-explode, player Anthony is dead, and we move to the night phase." The white werewolf could choose to self-explode during the day, taking a player with them.
Anthony:!
Remaining three villagers and four special roles: ...
Well, that escalated quickly!
Anthony's series of statements directly exposed the seer and witch, and then the white werewolf used his ability to self-explode, taking out Anthony.
However, in the following two nights, the werewolves made several mistakes and failed to eliminate the remaining two special roles. The game continued.
Before bedtime, they played several rounds of Werewolf, and by the end of the night, their relationships had grown closer. When it was time for bed, they were still discussing the previous Werewolf game with great enthusiasm.
"I knew it, I felt that Michael's statement was suspicious..."
"Stephen is really good. He pinpointed three werewolves in the first round..."
"Enough said, ever since that outstanding performance, I'm the first to be targeted in every game! Even if I'm not killed, you'll start saying, 'Hey, why isn't this guy dead yet? He must be the wolf!' and then vote me out!"
Perhaps, that's the fun of playing Werewolf among friends, where newcomers can take on the experienced players.
