Sanshimai no Kajitsu is an anime and Japanese tactics role playing game that is similar to a mix of visual novel with tactical combat RPG such as Fire Emblem series.
The anime and game series began with a story of the protagonist, a lucky sukebe named Ichijiku Zakuro whose daily live are like that of those other lucky pervert protagonists where there is no day without an accident and he bumping on either the boobs or the panties of the girls around him.
The heck, even if he is staying at home, he will still have an accident with his little sister or worse, his own Mother.
That's why he is always going out from his house whenever he have a chance because it is very awkward to have an accident with his sister or his Mother.
He is only comes to the house to eat meals, take a bath and sleeping.
What? Studying? What's that?
Have you ever seen a lucky pervert protagonist actually studying seriously in his own room?
No, right? If anything, he would be studying together with a heroine and thus will have a chance to trigger another (happy) pervert accident with her again and again.
Okay, forget about the protagonist pervert luck, anyway the story in Sanshimai no Kajitsu started when the protagonist finally decides to live alone in a rented apartment away from his Mother and Sister so that he can live in peace in his own place without having another awkward sukebe happening with his blood-related Mother and little sister.
He got to be enrolled in a school in another town as his reputation in his own home town already took a nose dive since he have already triggered a pervert accident with every single girl in his town for at least once.
Or in other words, his face have already tasted either the boobs or the butts of every single one of the young girls living in his home town for at least once.
Wow, amazing, right?
If it is in the real world, anyone with even just a half of his "achievement" would have already ends up behind the bars or would be required to commute back and forth to the police station.
If it's not for the stupid anime logic, that kind of lucky pervert bastard won't be allowed to roam free in the world.
Okay, back to the story..... Where do we left earlier?
Oh, right, anyway, the protagonist move to a new town where his reputation is still unknown and getting enrolled in a high school there.
Or so is the plan.
The pervert anime plot won't let such a peaceful happening on its protagonist.
On the very first day he arrived on the new town, the protagonist Zakuro get another pervert incident with the landlord of his own apartment.
Without even a banana peel or the slippery wet floor, he accidentally tripped and fall over his own landlord when they met up and are about to sign the contract.
And he fall right to the crotch of his own landlord, a young lady in her late twenty blooming with mature charm.
Then, when he is being scolded by the madam landlord (or should I call her a landlady instead?), his mind falls into a panic and in his attempt to stand up again, he accidentally gropes both of the pair of fluffy white twin peaks on his landlady's chest.
The result of this incident can not be made even more obvious.
The protagonist Zakuro is immediately kicked out by the landlord before he even signed an agreement to live in the apartment.
And to make things worse, the landlord, being a fiery gossiping lady herself, have already called everyone in her landlord/building owner community and told every single one of them about her pervert accident with the protagonist.
In the end, Zakuro are always rejected, refused or straight out getting kicked out everywhere he goes to rent an apartment.
The protagonist can only laments on his perverted luck that he can't even get a place to live anymore.....
And on the first night in another town where he doesn't have any relatives and/or friends, he decides to just make a camp under the bridge and live there for the time being before he found a suitable place to live in.
He still refused to go back to his own old hometown.
And as luck have it, when he is just arrived in a dark tunnel under the bridge, he met three beautiful girls wearing the same school uniform and wielding a different set of weapon in their hands.
Who else if not the Three Sisters from the Yaezaki Clan?
After a little fuss over being questioned by the three sisters as to what did a youngster doing in the middle of the night while carrying a lot of baggage like he is moving out from the house, and the protagonist Zakuro told them his pitiful story and about the lucky pervert accident he have that resulted in his current predicament.
Suddenly a rift leading to another dimension opened and the three sisters along with the protagonist Zakuro are being sucked inside that rift...

In Japanese language, Ichijiku means "Fig" and Zakuro means "Pomegranate" if you translated them to English.
So basically the protagonist's name means "Fig Pomegranate".
Both are fruits that have association with heaven and hell.
In ancient culture, long before apple fruits have become popular, it is believed that the heavenly forbidden fruits are actually Figs instead of Apples.
Regarding pomegranates, in Ancient Greek's myth, when Hades (or Pluto in Rome) kidnaps Persephone who later got a stockholm syndrome and married her kidnapper, it's because Persephone eats half of a pomegranate fruit (in other version, it's six grains of a pomegranate seeds or a whole six pomegranate fruits) that she becomes bound to the underworld and must stay there for half a year (or six months) before she can go up back to meet Demeter, her mother, on Spring and Summer.
And when Persephone departs back to the underworld, the Goddess of bountiful harvest become so mournful and grieving and thus comes the season of autumn where almost every plants are withering and then followed by harsh winter.
It's only after a lot of mortals are dead from the long winter caused by Demeter's mourning that the King of Gods Zeus/Jupiter finally demands Hades/Pluto to return Persephone back to the surface world, by that time she is already eating something in the underworld that makes her bound to it and must stay for half a year there.
Historically, I believe this myth comes when a long winter comes in ancient times, that made a lot of plants died and people who rely on farming suffers not only from the cold but also from the hunger that made a lot of people dead.
