The next morning a group of enuchs and court maids arranged themselves outside the door arguing amongst themselves.
"Shouldn't we go inside and wake him up" a new enuch asked concerned about the fact that they hadn't woken up the crown prince.
"There is no need for us to do that"
The new enuch whose name was Borick was confused as waking the crown prince was the foremost of their job description.
"But won't we lose our jobs if we don't wake him up."
The man answering Borick turned to look at him and smiled bitterly before saying
"Boy if you notice we didn't really exchange our names and most of us just keep to ourselves. It is not that we don't need any relationship with our work mates i is just that nobody has ever spent more than two weeks serving his highness." Borick was confused and didn't understand what you he man was saying as he was about to ask more the door creaked open and the crown prince walked out of the house in his glorious majesty surveying the people outside with a feeling of superiority that made the shiver. Ahem that was me dwadling the person or rather creature that stepped out of the house was holding a jar of wine to his face sucking the rim of the jar as though his life depended on it
The chief enuch facepalmed at the way the crown prince came out of his room. Greet the highness.
"We greet the crown prince"
All the enuchs greeted as though their lives depended on it.
After the greetings the chief enuch informed the crown prince of his father wanting to meet him. Aston quickly walked towards his father office, along the way he thought of many possibilities as to what might have happened as his father rarely speaks to him.
When he got to the office the enuch positioned at the front of the office was about to announcehis arrival when he barged inside. Inside the office he met his brothers already discussing with the king.
His father looked up at him and sighed
"Aston always come on time for meetings.You can't have me and your brothers waiting for you again."
Aston didn't even bother to answer his father, which caused his brothers to look at him with disdain.
"Hmph". The second prince Aidan snorted
"Can't you see that father is talking to you"
Aston glanced at him and smiled.
" Are you father".
The second prince was stumped but he quickly regained his composure.
"No"
"Then how does it concern you".
"Did you come here late and purposely ignore father because you want to embarrass him."
"Are you father"
The second prince was caught in a dilemma because if he answered no he would be seen as a fool, so he snorted and carried his face away muttering under his breath
"cripple".
Aston pretended not to hear and instead focused on his father. He called out.
"Hey old man what are we doing here".
