Everyone looked surprised that the crown prince wanted to dance with someone, to be certain, an irrelevant someone that nobody knew. He led the way making sure she didn't step on his shoe. "You're pretty good, Lady Celine". It sounded more like an insult than a compliment but strangely, she seemed not too irritated by it. Just then, when she was no longer concentrating, she stepped on him. She bowed shamefully,"I'm truly sorry, your highness". He spun her quickly without she knowing, his lips were so close to her ear that she began to fret . He whispered huskily," it's just a mistake. Don't apologize". She felt calm when he said that, but somehow thought he was mocking her because of her incompetence in dancing. Out of concentration once more, she stepped on him harder than before and he twisted his face as her heels dug into his tight shoes.
"Now, I truly deserve to die", she muttered. Either ways she knew she would die a miserable death like that poor peanut...
"You didn't apologize?, Have you no manners, lady Celine?". He flared but they were still dancing, she absolutely did not know how this genius prince was doing it. "But, my lord, you said I should not..." She didn't wait for him to cut her short even though he did, she just let her voice trail because his eyes held something far from dangerous." It was then". His mood relaxed,but she did not. He seemed to notice because he added," I've just never been questioned by anyone". She let him go. " I'm tired , your highness, I was no good", she said but he held her." You must complete your dance with me"
Cut that crap! She wanted to scream. Why in Pluto would he force her to do what she didn't want to knowing if she said no,she would end up like that lonely , dejected peanut crushed by the superior."You know what, Lady Celine?". She said nothing,but he continued anyway. " We just started"
Her eyes were as wide as all the African waterfalls put together.

"Was it spectacular?,how was it?"
Celine was dressed in a oversized gown with full sleeves, she was sitting on the bed facing the one person who owned her life and that of her sister's. "I danced with him_" she waited for drama sake, then continued."_ It was like when a sly sheep falls inlove with a ferocious wolf and they are playing hide and seek". That was the perfect statement that fitted the situation she had found herself. She had heard the nobles murmur and curse at her. And the more she distracted and stepped on his shoes, the more he would twirl her round in circles until the only thing she could see were stars and black dots... She had thought she had finally gone insane only to start again.
Crown prince Logan let out a laugh. "All the same, it was a success" , he said then added, "Sleep well.wait, the artist tells me you washed all her hardwork away". Celine rolled her eyes to show that she didn't care and wasn't sorry for it. "Well, sleep so you could finally enchant him. I knew what he always liked". Celine looked at him for a while, how did he exactly know what he liked. The yellow dress she wore, the crown prince Alexandro had drily commented on it, that it was like sunflower in the sun. She was sure he liked yellow to have commented on it, but why...
Shit! She wasn't ready for that kind of tiring math.
Crown prince Logan turned to go, then she blurted out,"For a king to be, you smile a lot". Crown prince Logan paused for a while, then faced Celine, the eyes showed a kind of wicked fire that burnt nonstop, his face was as dark as death and his expression, scary. She cringed. "So, do you prefer me like this?". She shook her head and he smiled and walked out.

"I saw you dancing with a girl"
"Is it bad mother or you encourage me to marry a man?". It was crown prince Alexandro,his body bare only a towel wrapped around his waist. His mother sat on the bed not minding his uncultured behaviour.
"I mean she's just a commoner, look, princess Gwen is good for you". Crown prince Alexandro laughed all of a sudden, the laugh was neither expected nor anticipated so it scared his mother . This was not how she had trained her child. "See, I have nothing to do with that girl, so I'm safe and as for lady Gwen, she's too good to be a woman". He began explaining how women were met to have a little bit of Eve in them and Lady Gwen didn't have that.
"Don't you ever see her again". It was a order that he had grown to disregard. Thexqueen stood to leave when Alexandro asked, " When will you end your regency?". It came as a shock but it seemed as though she knew it would come one day . " You can't handle the kingdom,I am still healthy and fully alive"
"People talk because you disgraced yourself dancing with a mere woman. What can that kind of failure do to help his people?". It was a rhetorical question and yet straight to the heart . It was as if crown prince Alexandro wasn't ready to let that statement slide. "I hear people say how useless the queen is, that she is a puppet of herself and ...". The queen screeched and hurried out of his room.

"We can help you bring Xavier down". Someone said, his accent a little sour because as he was talking , he mostly clicked his tongue. These were non other than the people of Novio who arranged a marriage treaty with Xavier and was sabotaged by them breaking the oath of reconciliation anddeclaring war . Even though they didn't say this openly, the pride of the Novios were crushed by those bloody Xavier's. They were going to get them.
"We shall see to discuss". Another party said. He stood and disappeared into the cold night.
