I really hoped that it wasn't true and that I was crazy or something. But looking at it with my own two eyes dashed any hope left I had.
Japan- no, this entire world is officially crazy.
Why you ask? The answer lies in two simple words; Academy City. That area that caught my interest lead straight to the abyss, meaning that this world has [Toaru] mixed into it.
Those in the know would be scared witless by now, but to those that don't are probably clueless.
Let me explain in simple terms. The world of the [Toaru] franchise is known to be crazy dangerous.
Personally, I don't know much about the series other than some spoilers by wiki fandoms from my previous life so I don't even have that much foreknowledge I can use to my advantage.
From my (fearful) investigations of going inside the city and eavesdropping on conversations, the term 'quirk' comes up rather than 'esper.'
I hope this means that the 'base' form of this world is that of [BNHA] rather than that of [To aru] because I'd rather not get deleted from existence, have the timeline reset or have my atoms pulled apart, thank.you.very.much.
I just decided to head home after that and go to bed early. I'd rather not have a mental breakdown at such a tender age.
Clearing my head and starting fresh on the very next day, I gathered my thoughts on how to move in the future.
This world is an amalgamation of different anime plotlines that they would most likely conflict each other and make changes.
The fight between AFO and All Might could just be a fluke or a stroke of luck. Or if, by some miracle, the plotlines do not conflict each other too much.
Fate or destiny might still have some form of automatic correction system that keeps the worldline at a balance. Having this hypothesis did lessen my guilt a bit.
After all, All might still got heavily injured even after my intervention at the final moment. His timer did went from 3 hours to 8 hours which is good news at least.
I put Academy City on my radar for now, and just continue doing my thing in the meantime. Like painting, vigilantism and studying.
I don't plan on going to elementary school but I'm still studying so I can go to a school in academy city. They have high requirements but I can multiply my learning speed by making and dispelling heads.
That method doesn't help me in digesting the knowledge I gained but it simply speeds up the input of information into my head. However, doing it often is still useful via repetitive memorization.
Hopefully, my intelligence will increase more in the future if I do this often enough which would in turn, speed up my comprehension speed.
I decided to spend my middle school days over at academy city because I want to see if certain major plot points still go as predetermined like All Might's injury, Surveillance if you will.
I would intervene with the plot again whenever I can. I am now a part of this world and I'd rather not have it destroyed in some apocalypse or world war.
The plot may or may not change after my meddling but that would no longer be enough to deter me in my endeavours. Moreso considering I have no clue what other series or franchise this amalgamation of a world has to offer.
As for my vigilantism, I guess Nezu managed to convince Recovery Girl and All Might to turn a blind eye for now. Perhaps understanding the hate I feel for AFO like how he hates the scientist that experimented on him?
There would be a limit to how much they can endure but I'll cross that bridge when I get there.
As for the second area of interest; Naruhata, the place where [BNHA: Vigilante] occurs.
Do I really need to interfere in it? No.
Do I want to interfere though? Yes.
I can help stop the future city-wide destruction as well as help during instant villain occurrences.
I could deal with the Queen Bee earlier on but that wouldn't stop the root of the problem, AFO.
You know, at this point, I'm just stating a bunch of reasons on why I want to mess up the guy's plans. Nobody hurts the people important to me and get away with it scot-free.
But first, I need to get stronger.
Even if [BNHA] is the base of this world, [Toaru] is still a part of it. This would imply the existence of magic.
That would mean that Sekibanki was telling the truth when she proclaimed that she was a youkai and, in turn, mean that me and everyone else in Gensokyo is one too, kinda.
In Touhou, Danmaku is the main format of fighting. But in the real world, Danmaku is merely a method that we use to 'game-ify' our battles to avoid too much damage.
Turning our attacks into 'spell cards' would allow ease of use and automatic reaction, like muscle memory or reflex.
Therefore, If I can do a more manual control of the I energy inside me and harness it in better ways then I can become stronger.
It would be better if I can learn magic too but as a (self-proclaimed) youkai, I'd rather not get exterminated or exorcised. That means no getting close to churches, religious fanatics and human supremacist as they are usually the bad guys behind the scenes most of the time.
So that leaves me with training by myself and figuring things out in the blind or pray and hope I accidentally stumble upon a stray master and acknowledge them as a teacher or something.
But for now, I'll just meditate and try to feel the energy inside me while I partition some heads to do the same and some others to look up any info that can be of use.

Easier said than done.
I expected this to happen really. Manual control of this energy, I'll just call it 'Spiritual Energy' since youkai are technically also count as one.
So anyways, sensing spiritual energy was the easy part, controlling it is the hard part. Like how pretty much everyone can understand that we inhale oxygen and exhale carbon dioxide but when asked, are completely clueless about the gas exchange much less about doing the entire process manually.
Good news is that I have found a new clue about the supernatural side; Witches.
Not mages, wizards or mystics, but witches specifically.
I don't know why witches are deemed separate from wizards but who am I to judge the wix?
In any case, I managed to get permission to travel overseas by saying that it's a vacation to take my mind off things are relax. Convincing Recovery Girl, Chiyo, was the difficult because she didn't like the idea of a 10-year-old travelling but Nezu lend me a hand at that time.
Sighing at the memory from a few days ago, I am currently sitting on a plane that's about to land, I organized my thoughts and plans.
The information I uncovered on the internet was a bunch of rumours, hearsay and urban legends. Some accompanied by blurry photos or very old sketches dating back to the 12th century.
Among the sketches, one of them was a familiar symbol of a circle with three pointed ends.
The symbol of Luna Nova Magical Academy.
I remember liking it a lot in my previous life. It's one of the very first anime that I've watched that isn't Pokémon.
It was PG in my opinion but it also has some cool magic. Even if I'm a boy, I'd still like to try my luck and at least learn something or maybe borrow some books to give me a better reference on how to better harness my abilities.
"Ladies and gentlemen, the plane is about to land so please take your seats and-"
Not bothering to listen to the P.A. anymore, I turn my gaze outside the window as I feel my excitement. Unbeknown to me was that my eyes turned dark black before returning to red.

The new sights and scenes were fresh when I just got here, but now that I've been searching around the place for a few days and barely found anything just makes me want to puke.
Look to your left, there's a grassland. Look to your right, some stone house or something. Repeat that a few hundred times and you just get bored.
I'm not really at the center of England, more like around the outskirts since I doubt the witches would hang around an area with little magic.
And how do I know that? My minor empathetic ability was actually my spirit sense. It just needed some practice to sharpen it to be more usable. A surprise for sure but a welcome one.
When I found out about it, I decided to go around England looking for a place with abundant magic and hopefully stumble upon a witch's abode.
I also took some pictures and videos of me having fun in all sort of places to send over to Nezu and Recovery Girl so they would think that I'm legitimately going on a vacation and not doing something ridiculous.
After flying for a while, I see a some activity ahead.
Figuring that I should take a break for a while, I decided to rest in the town named Glastonbury.
The place seemed dull at first glance, but it's modern and feels warm and homely. I suppose that they just want to appear inconspicuous to preserve the beautiful scenery.
The plants are growing nicely and are incorporated in a way that gives the town it's charm.
Over at a distance hill, I was surprised to see there stands the ruins of a tower.
Even with some of its parts crumbling and cracked, it form is stubbornly held together by plants and trees that grew on its walls.
Vaguely remembering that I first saw it in the anime, I hurriedly booked a room in the closest random hotel and flew over to the tower.
The place is emitting small amounts of magic power. Upon a closer inspection of the area, I noticed that the place looked like it's in ruins but is actually well-maintained.
The tower only has one room inside of it. The windows on the walls would indicate different floors but it's mostly hollow on the inside.
Most of the dust is swept away and the old debris from the crumbling walls are located more at the edges of the room. Even with the holes on the roof, the center of the room was entirely clean.
"Oi~ This historic building is off-limits to the publ- Eh?" A voiced suddenly sounded out from behind me.
I immediately turn around in suprise and prepare to face some sort of opponent only to freeze up when I saw a familiar face.
"Sekibanki?" She asked.
"No." I shake my head. "That's my sister. You know her?" I inquired, relaxing my guard knowing this person is also from Gensokyo.
She has yellow eyes and blonde hair braided with a bow at the end. Carrying a witch's broom on one hand and wearing the uniform of Luna Nova academy unlike the usual outfit in any of the games.
She sighs, "Ah... well, you could say I know her. But..." Walking around me, she looks at my appearance. "...I never knew she had a sister."
"I'm a boy" "Eh?"
She looks at me in astonishment as I stare at her blankly.
"Ahem... My name Marisa Kirisame, just call me Marisa." She said, diffusing the awkward air.
"I'm kizuki."
"Not much of a talker, got it." She shrugs. "What brings you around these parts anyway? The area's restricted and all, plus the fence."
"To find a way to get stronger with magic, and there was a fence?" I flew over while focusing entirely on the tower so I must've missed it.
"Er... Nevermind. But why magic anyways?"
"Let's take a seat first. This is gonna be a long story."
We sat down near some rubble. We couldn't really talk about this sort of stuff near outsiders so I also sent so head to keep a lookout in the vicinity, which seemed to confuse her a bit but seemed to understand the importance of the matter.
Unlike that time in the hospital, I told her the complete story of what transpired. She looked so shocked yet she failed to try and hide it from her face. She was visible relieved when I told her that everyone was fine, mostly.
"That's a lot to take in all at once."
"I know..." I start. "By the way, no offense or anything but why are you still alive? You know my sister but Gensokyo has been locked for at least a hundred years."
"...trade secret." She looks away. "Nevermind that. Anyway, did your sister tell you about me? From the look in your eyes, ya seemed to recognise me at first glance."
'She's changing the topic huh? Fine then, keep your secrets.' I thought.
"Rinnosuke"
"Oh, Kourin. Yea, that makes sense." She nods.
Rinnosuke, also known as Kourin, is the owner of the antique shop, Kourinbou. He was a former apprentice of Marisa's father so they know each other for a long time.
Back then, I used to spend some time in Kourinbou. The shop is a place specialized in antiques from the outside world so I help out in appraisal. The shop eventually became popular with the kappas after I roughly explained how some of the stuff worked unlike Rinnosuke's nonsensical explanation which made him kinda happy that his shop is finally selling more items.
"So... About magic?" I ask.
"Well, I don't think you'd be welcome in a school for witches, seeing as your a boy and all. You can technically be a visitor but first, you'll need approval from the Nine Olde Witches, basically the bigwigs of the school." She nonchalantly said.
"Sure, I don't mind letting ya borrow some of my grimoires either but most of them are for, ya know, humans." She then points at me. "Youkai like yourself need to understand your own power. You can learn some spells that share similarities to your nature but even the same spells could backfire since the magic pathways of a human are different from that of non-human." She lectured. "The best the grimoires are gonna be are references. You can also use magic items but most of them have a tendency to break after a few uses."
"That's fine."
"Suit yourself." We both stand and prepare to leave. "It was nice to meet ya. I'll bring back the grimoires tomorrow so be here before first light. oh, and thanks for letting me know about Gensokyo."
"No problem. Thanks for the help."
We start walking to the exit but before we reached it, she suddenly held my wrist. "One last thing." She said.
When I turn to look at her, what greets me is the sight of Marisa with her head down and both her hands together like a prayer.
"Do ya mind lending me some cash? I'm kinda in the red this month."
"...Is credit fine?"
'I'll just think of this as payment for the help.' I thought as I felt my eye twitch.
