I had to go to the hostel with my sis who seniors me with 7yrs... my first day at the hostel felt sad and far from home and soon enough I got pretty attached to it... then during the holidays.. my sis and I go back home and visit relatives... then it began to change... my dad won't come home for three to five days and when I turned seven... things took quite a turn...
My dad and mum argued and would stay away from each other... one very day.. a lady came over to our house and I was damn young to know what was happening.. soon when I got back to hostel... my provisions and pocket money had reduced and then my school fees were never paid on time... I used to get prices and discount for paying early and now it's changed... when I turned 10 in grade 6.. I stopped hostel and had to use the bus... my sis who I call my world left school and it felt lonely without her even if she's way older...
I had to stay with my aunty cause my mum and sis stayed with grandm...
My aunt was caring, ready to do anything so as my uncle... but most times I felt shy... to talk about school, joke, ask for help.. but I was close with my cousins... first born is Jeremiah and last is shindara..
They might be younger but at least able to talk to... sometimes when I visit my mum... I never want to go back..
