Olivia's POV:
As soon as Jenna left, I called Bruno and pleaded with him to come pick me up. I wanted to go see Orlene, but I had no idea where Senior Mr. Bennett's house was located.
After thirty minutes, he finally arrived, and I got inside the car.
"You didn't tell Alex you were coming to pick me up, right?" I asked, and he nodded. That was good because he clearly stated that I shouldn't leave the house.
But one problem was off my mind; the fact that he knew the truth and still chose to stay with me was a big relief.
This will prove my family wrong; they asked me to run, thinking he wouldn't spare me. But he loves me so much that the truth didn't change a thing in our relationship.
"Why do you want to go there?" Bruno asked.
"To see Orlene, I missed her," I said, and he nodded before driving in silence.
Then there was a call from Alex; why was he calling? Does he know I am not home or what?
