A deafening roar pierced the silent night, startling everyone downstairs. Reacting instinctively, Jaysen Smith and Sienna Harrison rushed upstairs. They burst into the study room only to be utterly shocked by the scene unfolding before their eyes.
Michael Gordon was cradling Ivy Aretha in his arms, his eyes ablaze with fury as they bore into Calvin Gordon. Raising his voice, he roared, "Are you satisfied now? Are you? Is it what you wanted, her death? Do you only feel at ease when you see both of us dead? Is that when you feel it's time to let go?"
Seeing a dagger embedded in Ivy's chest, Sienna screamed, covering her mouth. Her mind went blank as she instinctively clung to Jaysen, tremblin violently. "He killed Ivy…he killed her…" she echoed.
Jaysen momentarily wrapped an arm around the panic-stricken Sienna, the other frantically dialing 911. After placing a call to emergency services, he called Oliver Thompson, asking him to rush over with Lucas Sandy.
