Coming out of the bathroom, she noticed that the lights seemed to be off in the room, and there was a faint light coming from within, which made her think that Joseph might have only turned on the bedside lamp.
She walked in and found that Joseph hadn't turned on the bedside lamp but lit candles instead, making the entire room appear dim.
"Is the room's light broken?" Jaylene asked, looking at the two flickering red candles.
