With that Tessy kept her phone and stared at the doll by her side. She always kept the doll even if she didn't like the person that gave it to her. She picked the doll and hugged it wishing for all her pain to go away.
Thinking back, she thought of the kiss between her and the strange man. Although she hated the fact that he took advantage of her situation, she felt at ease that he did and that kiss… she touched her lips… it felt great which made her curious. Was it really so good to kiss a guy? She kept it at the back of her mind.
On getting the message, Rain felt glad that Tessy didn't blame her but she still felt sad, was she never going to see her again?
Chad, on the other hand, didn't take the message lightly. It was good that she found out it was a setup but he didn't want to lose her. He quickly got into his car in an attempt to get to her before she left but on the way, he got into a fatal accident and hurt his head really badly.
Tessy got on the plane and it took off. So many thoughts filled her head. Now she was going to start from the top. She took out her phone and deleted the pictures that had to do with Chad and Rain. She felt reluctant to delete their contacts as well but just had to do it. She deleted their contacts and all the messages that had to do with them.
From then on, they would be completely strangers if ever they crossed paths. She kept her phone and rested her back to take a short nap.

"Come on, princess!" The boy held her while running.
"You're going the wrong way again!" She complained.
"No, I'm not." He looked round. "I found a new hideout and this place will remind you of snow." He said, still holding onto her.
Ever since the first time he held onto her, she felt irritated and uncomfortable whenever someone else held onto her or touched her. It was strange how he was the only one who could touch her.
"Here we are!" He announced and she looked round to see the whole place covered with dandelions. It was just like a sea of it. She walked in and it spread everywhere, it made her feel warm inside. "Do you like it?"
"I...I love it." She said and hugged him. It was surprising but he hugged her back. Ever since that day they met, he had been trying all he could to make her smile and succeeded each time. "Thank you!" She said and it gave him a sense of accomplishment. It was nice to see her happy.
"You're welcome."

Four years passed and Tessy was already done with college. Not that she needed to, she just did it. Now it was time to work.
Not knowing the family that her mother belonged to, she searched carefully. She didn't want to accidentally meet or work for her, not that she knew what she looked like or anything but still, she didn't want to. The thought of it irked her.
She later decided to work under the Preston company that was run by a young, yet low profiled guy. She thought that there was no way her mother would be in relation with that company.
Tessy made up her mind and sent Luna to make her resume. She was going to apply as a normal worker in the managing firm. Even if she didn't really like being bossed around, this was one step she was willing to take, just to live her life away from her mother.
The next day, Tessy went to the Preston company through cab. It wouldn't do her good to go by her expensive looking car and make a grand entrance on the day of her interview. Her looks alone would attract people, talk less of a flashy car.
She walked into the company and scanned the area, adjusting her newly bought spectacles and made to find the interview room.
She asked the receptionist, who just couldn't take her eyes off this glamorous and poised looking lady.
In all, she gave Tessy the direction and Tessy nodded. All eyes were fixed on her. No matter what she did, it felt like the alluring aura would always follow her around.
When it was her turn, she walked into the interview room and got one of the interviewers annoyed.
'She's probably a beauty with no brain. I'm sure she thinks she can sleep her way in.' The interviewer, a lady thought as she gritted her teeth.
Tessy had no smile but just a serious look. Anyone could tell that she was serious about getting this job. She handed her resume over to them and sat when she was told to.
After the interview, this lady still didn't admit that Tessy was serious. She was worried that Tessy's beauty would charm their beloved president, so she tried to make things difficult.
"Go home and wait for our call." She said but the others didn't agree to it.
"Why go home and wait? She's definitely perfect for the job, even too perfect! You're hired!" One of them said and the lady gritted her teeth enviously. She breathed out trying to comfort herself.
'Not to worry. The president hardly shows up to the eyes of others so maybe he won't come across her.' She thought.
