now you should know some basic things :
1. only exercises with proper posture will be counted you should see internet for it .
2. pushups include normal pushups not a diamond pushup .
3. do pull-ups with wide grips .
4. you should know about sets and reps .
Reps : it means repetition ...
for example you do 1 pushups it is counted as 1 rep and if you do 5 it is counted as 5 reps.
Sets : sets are collection of reps .
for example today you did 5 reps and rested for sometime and did 5 reps again of same exercise , it is counted as 2 sets of 5 repetitions (reps) .
