ZOEY'S POV
I was woken up by numerous notifications on my phone. For god's sake, today was the weekend, I need to sleep longer. I didn't need anyone disturbing my sleep.
But now instead of notifications, my phone started vibrating because of an incoming call. Goddamn.
I groaned stretching my hand to my bedside table and without looking at the caller ID, I just pressed the answer button and I put the phone on over my ears.
"Who it it?"I asked tiredly.
"You are still asleep when your baby daddy's company which by the way is the one you work in, is breaking the headlines on the news?" Liv's loud voice startled me from my sleep.
What the hell was she talking about? Wait, did she just say my baby daddy's company? I suddenly sat upright on the bed now slightly awake if not completely awake. I still felt slightly sluggish but my attention had heightened.
"What happened to R Tech Corp?"I asked curiously.
