Isabelle stood up and helped Nathan fight against the Wolf Gang. After 15 minutes, Isabelle and Nathan managed to defeat the Wolf Gang.
"How are you?"
"Watch out, wait for my revenge," Greyson said emotionally and then left them.
"Alex, Alex... Wake up, Alex," Isabelle gently tapped Alex's cheek to wake him up.
"NATHAN!" Isabelle shouted, calling Nathan.
"Yes, Miss," he replied.
"Nathan, quickly help me carry him to the car," she said in a panic.
Nathan approached Alex, then quickly assisted Alex to the car, followed by Isabelle behind him.

Thirty minutes later, they have finally arrived at the hospital.
Nathan got out of the car to call the doctor, and Alex was placed in the emergency room.
Nathan observed Isabelle, who was extremely worried.
"Do you have any feelings for him?" he asked, probing her.
