"You're correct about the rite but there's one more catch to it"
Euphoria's cheek blushed crimson as it seemed she suddenly remembered what the catch was.
"i-i-know consummation is required"
Avien breathed a sigh of relief,he was thankful that he didn't have to go into details so that she won't get uncomfortable.
Euphoria looked at Avien wondering what his next step was but he took his coat and proceeded to step out of the room.
"Where are you going?" She asked moving to stand Infront of him.
"I heard you talking to Orax about your tribulations with us sleeping in the same chamber, so I made arrangements to be staying in the chamber opposite this wing....you can stay here, if you need anything ring the bell to alert the butler or maids "
Euphoria bit the inner part of her cheeks,they had to make this marriage look realistic as possible so having him stay in a different chamber would definitely spike up gossip.
"Staying here together now doesn't seem like a bad idea"
"You sure, I don't think so princess"
Euphoria bit her lips before waving her hand.
"Yes I am....it's not a bad idea"
Avien could understand her reason for wanting him to say so he quietly closed back the room doors.
"We didn't quite finish talking about the consummation Avien, it's our duty but....."
Avien could see Euphoria fidgeting with the hem of her gown clearly being nervous.
"It won't be done without both of us consenting to it so rest assured I will not touch you without your permission"
Euphoria's finally felt her shoulder relaxing, it was true she still beared a subsided grudge against him but she also found him undeniably attractive....still becoming sexual with him too soon was too much for her to formulate so she was relieved that he understood her plight.
Avien gave her a pleased smile and he prepared to walk out of the room.
" I thought we decided you'll be staying here"
Euphoria questioned still feeling nervous.
"I know we did, I'm going to relocate my things back here and I'll get dressed while I'm at it, freshen up while food would be brought to you"
Euphoria nodded understanding at him and proceeded to ring the bell so that the maids would serve her food....she was literally starving.

After having a lavish buffet Euphoria's tummy felt like it was pregnant with food babies, she undressed and stepped inside the marble bathroom as Orax stood beside her facing the opposite direction, Euphoria valued her nudity....she wasn't the type to let even the maids that helped her doll up look upon her body, it's either they would wait outside or face the opposite direction.
"Orax, where is your Highness currently?"
Euphoria asked leathering her body with soap, she had not quite seen Avien for a while since he left.
Orax gave Euphoria a goofy smile.....she was glad that the discomfort in her tone whenever she talked about the crown prince had disappeared, it seemed they had a good talk.
"His highness is taking a swim in the lake, he didn't want to share this bathroom with you"
Euphoria's eyebrow raised instinctively, she didn't know that there was a lake.
"And why did he do that, when this bathub is big enough for atleast eight people?"
Orax was almost laughing at this point, Euphoria's facial expressions was like that of a 4 year old who's candy was snatched away.
"His highness has already had his shower, but he is having a swim to relax and cool down"
Euphoria stepped out of the bath tub drying her body with a fur towel using Lavender and coconut oil to apply on her skin.
"And where is he swimming, he left me alone in this huge chambers, so it's only right to join him"
"Yes Princess, but his highness might partially transform during his swim, would you be comfortable with that?"
Orax really wanted her to say 'yes' so she and Avien would use the opportunity to bond.
"Is anyone there with his highness?"
Euphoria asked checking through her newly provided outstanding wardrobe.
"No it's reserved for his highness only, as his wife I believe you are more than welcomed"
Euphoria nodded still being alien to the fact that she was now 'his wife'. She picked a deep blue strap-hand body hugging dress that was way above her knee, though it exposed a little of her back, meaty thighs and a little cleavage, Euphoria thought it was perfect for a night swim, her gleaming eyes against the dress was striking as she let her long hair fall over her shoulders in curls.
After getting directions from Orax she walked towards the back of the castle to a place sealed with a large iron gate, she called on a guard who was standing afar to help her open it.....the guard seeing that she was his highness's wife opened it without question while trying as much as possible not to stare at her.
Euphoria stepped in and was in awe of the view before her,it had beautiful stones and the sandy part was surrounded by illuminated sea shells, infront of her was a beautiful lake with it's waters looking so enchanting, it had dim lighting which made it seem like the perfect cozy spot.
She darted her eyes around looking for Avien, the cool ripples of the water was undeniably comforting, she was about to step her feet into the water, when something reached out and held her ankle in a firm grasp. Euphoria yelped trying to swat the hand away, it was a scaly grey colour with sharp long silver talons that replaced the nails
Just when she was about screaming again a figure slowly rose out of the water.
"I'm sorry I scared you Euphoria, I didn't expect anyone here and I reacted impulsively"
Euphoria's words got stuck in her throat as she took in his partially transformed figure, she expected a demon with horns on its head according to her imagination, but what she was looking upon right now was breathtaking, his skin had turned a colour between stone golden greyish and light red, his ears had turned elven shaped having a sharp curved tip that fitted him comfortably, his abs and ripped muscles enlarged and he had a towering height coupled with the fact that in his normal form Avien was still tall, his face screamed perfection with his silky hair slicked backwards and his eyes gleaming like a thousand fireflies.
On the other hand Avien halted when his gaze fixed on his newly betrothed, her figure and that dress did fuzzy things to his imagination putting a lot of carnal thoughts in his head, her gleaming eyes captivated him and her body...he prayed to the heavens to help him maintain composure.
Avien could notice Euphoria slowly taking in every inch of his body too, just as he was about to speak her eyes widened as her gaze trailed downwards, Avien looked down to follow her line of sight and when he noticed what she had just seen a gasp escaped his throat.
Euphoria wanted to look away,but she couldn't...she gulped as her eyes were fixed on Avien's torso, and all she could see through his tight silk black boxer briefs was the outline of his huge, bulging pleasing device.
