It could be observed outside the capital of the kingdom of Winchester, as several monsters were cut by what looked like two daggers that returned to the hands of a blonde girl, which had a training clothes and her two daggers.
While not too far away was the Duke of Windey, Natsuru, he was observing the girl's performance which was strange, something was definitely wrong with all of this.
She was too good with those weapons to be real.
Linilla on her part was agitated as she held both weapons tightly, while both of the girl's irises glowed golden, then lightened to the familiar blue of her, she quickly sits on the ground exhausted.
So Natsuru quickly approached her taking her by the waist and quickly carrying her took her to the camp they had both set up to finish the mission they got earlier.
Natsuru who gathered some branches and wood, created a dark flame with his right hand and threw it to the pile of branches igniting it, creating a fire.
All the while looking at the sky, his blood red iris was blending with the night sky....
Some time later Linilla was observed leaving the tent a little more rested while observing how Natsuru was eating an animal he went to hunt, Natsuru who barely paid attention to him pointed to a nearby log that can serve as a chair.
-May I ask why you took my proposal positively? It seems that you were not entirely happy with being a heroine," Natsuru commented while biting a prey of the animal calmly.
-It's not so much that... I'm just adjusting to this world... and I don't understand anything that's happening to me, it's all so nostalgic - replied Linilla while looking at her injured hand from the overuse of the weapon, creating blisters in the process -Also....
-Also? -asked Natsuru curiously observing with much curiosity and interest in the woman next to him.
-I don't like the prince's presence, it's as if he's planning something behind everything," said Linilla carelessly as both of her once crystalline irises now glowed a deep golden as if she was in a trance for a moment.
Natsuru raised a curious eyebrow, it's as if his senses were too sharp, another anomaly he shouldn't have if he hadn't been trained properly, what's going on?
-What about me? Why didn't I bring you those bad vibes? I practically approached you out of the blue," asked Natsuru with interest in the answer.
-Because I can sense... you're not a bad person after all," Linilla replied quickly as she swung her legs back and forth with a small smile.
Natsuru opened his eyes a bit shocked by the answer, after all, usually just because he is the Duke of Windey he is surrounded by too many rumors, among those the ones that try to defame him through his cold attitude by calling him a villain.
But this girl managed to get through all that just by seeing him once.
This girl... his growing desire to possess her for himself only increased more and more.
-I know it's a naive thought to use but I simply believe in my instinct," Linilla finished replying as she stood up to stretch but suddenly a great bestial scream caught both of their attention.
Linilla quickly grabbed her weapons tightly while Natsuru finally pulled out the sword hanging from the belt near her hip, the bastard sword generated too much dark energy.
-Hell... and not only that, a Necromancer," said Natsuru quickly as he looked at the forest which was rumbling with various sounds from all directions.
-And just when I was having a little break! Linilla shouted in exasperation as she grabbed both weapons with strength and pulse, from being using that semi-conscious state for so long it's as if her body was already slowly adapting and now she could make it conscious.
They could observe how many demons rushed at full speed towards the duo, from the forest, but a sweep from Natsuru sent them flying while they were then torn apart because of that cut.
-You must go to where the Necromancer is! If you take him out this stampede of demons will stop and the threat will stop! -Linilla didn't need to be explained again, she quickly took her daggers and cutting two demons that were blocking her way she went to the Necromancer's location.
Natsuru who was left alone observed all the red dots reflecting in the darkness and with a sadistic smile he raised his weapon aiming it, daring them to come after him.
And so did several demons that launched themselves from various directions, but Natsuru wielding his weapon swung around him launching a circular cut that sliced all the demons around.
And showing a big smile he said, "You're too weak, if that's all you've got, Linilla will finish off the Necromancer faster than I thought! Come on give me more challenge!
And the demons, annoyed but alert by the man's threat, rushed towards him.
While Linilla was going at full speed with both golden irises, she was only thinking about how to control this semi-conscious state that apparently awakened all her abilities as a heroic power bearer.
Slashing at every demon on the way, she seriously observed a giant approaching from afar, that surely was that Necromancer.
Linilla frowned and grabbed both blades and rode towards the Necromancer, grabbing one and stabbing it into his foot to propel himself upwards.
But the Necromancer despite being large, was extremely fast and hit her with his right palm easily sending her flying crashing into several trees around.
Spitting out a large amount of blood, she demanded herself to get up because of the state of danger she was in.
But there was nothing she could do, she felt that much of her body was bruised and destroyed with just that one blow from that beast, slowly falling into unconsciousness she could see the demons approaching her.
"Damn, despite everything it was obvious that I have no experience to take care of something like that... it was very reckless to just throw myself at that monster" was what Linilla thought sarcastically at the end but trying to stay conscious and wielding her weapon but she could barely lift it, she can't give up here, giving up means dying miserably.
And it was at that moment that in front of her a screen became present with some writings.
[Congratulations, you have completely unlocked the skill [Kekkai Sense]: %&$""$#"!°"#$%&/(&%%%/('?]
Linilla's golden glowing eyes were blending back to their original color... and a golden aura was covering her, healing much of the pain present.
"Could it be that this ability has been helping me all this time unconsciously... besides, this definitely looks like a video game" thought Linilla with a poker look on her face.
Getting up with her body still bruised she could hear some chimes in her ears, soothing and refreshing that brought calm to her being, all while her daggers now illuminated the place.
-Well, let's do something crazy! -Linilla shouted as she propelled herself to cut down all these beasts of all kinds so easily that it seemed like she was holding back before.
Nostalgia was becoming more and more palpable in the air, as if she was used to this naturally.
She quickly ran towards the giant and using the nearby destroyed trees she propelled herself up to near the stomach and thrust a dagger there, the Necromancer screaming in pain quickly moved its hand to crush the girl.
But with agility, Linilla dodged that hand and ran quickly for the giant trying to keep calm, and the bells only increased steadily.
Until he gave a last impulse jumping and standing in front of the monster, Linilla with both irises illuminated in the darkness pressed firmly both weapons.
But she didn't remember what she should do at this moment, as the monster prepared to strike her once more, at that moment a flash passed through Linilla's mind.
A skill.
And with a determined gaze she looked at the beast again.
Hero's Cut]! Shouting the skill, Linilla swiftly swung her swords, generating two energy slashes that pierced the creature's head.
The creature convulsed while large amounts of blood spurted out of it, and then exploded in a stadium of magic that everyone could see from their homes in the capital.
Linilla was again sent flying, but this time as she was falling she was caught by Natsuru who sheathed his weapon to catch her.
-What did you do?! Was it a special skill? asked Natsuru full of curiosity but he observed how the blonde-haired girl was stunned, completely unconscious.
So he simply sighed as he removed much of the blood stained on her thin face.
-You really did a good job, Linilla," said Natsuru calmly as he walked back to the tent with Linilla in his hands carrying her princess style.
Unnoticed, a lock of the girl's hair seemed to fade to pure white.

"She was falling and landed on a nearby tree, her vision was becoming blurred and several wounds began to inflict a large amount of blood, she could barely see...she just felt something coming towards her."
"A side cut was made from her sword by instinct, when she regained a bit of vision, she could notice the mask of the boy who saved her on the ground, she was shocked.... She had cut him."
"-I...I'm sorr...to? -as she was about to apologize she saw the face, at last, of the masked man."
"Generating a crimson blush on his face, one blue eye and one red eye with an omega symbol, brown hair and several wounds on his face from old battles, but, even his build was still that of an 18 year old."
