"Let's rest here while we wait for Mace to return back to him normal health."
Magnus said, and the team nodded their head in unison.
They now believed in Magnus' ability to lead the group after what they had just faced.
The sound in his voice held a commanding tone and it sparked up the spirit of courage in their heart.
Hitch rested his back on a tree.
Beside him was Kasha, in her hand was an ice bag that Magnus had made for Hitch's treatment.
"Easy." Hitch grunted out in annoyance, but his words didn't make Kasha flinch because she applied more force.
"Hush. If you took things easy like Magnus told you. Would you be here?" Kasha had a slight smirk on her face when she pressed the ice bag, willing for the bump on Hitch's head to lessen.
Hitch frowned, he already knew the answer to that question so he wasn't going to say anything.
There was a fiery feeling in his chest—The feeling of confidence.
