From Marcus' eyes, he saw Sophia as a completely different person, and not like the woman he had known and loved all these years. Although he was upset about how things turned out between them, he found himself more disgusted by how she now turned out.
He still didn't think highly of Damien, but somehow, his conscience was not really ready to overlook how she threw herself at Matteo. He also knew it could all be an harmless flirting as he didn't believe she'd cheat on her husband, but still it both annoyed and disgusted him.
A very quick, and random google search could have put all of his doubts to calm, but Marcus stubbornly refused looking up Sophia. He had managed to not care about her life for more than six years, seeing her again, so suddenly, shouldn't change his mind and will.
