I knew meeting Damien was something that was going to happen the moment I accepted Matteo's job offer. It was just that I hadn't envisioned it happening this soon. I wasn't that prepared to face off with him.
I had dreamed of crossing paths with him when I had, possibly made myself a young female chief executive officer. It was a far fetched dream, I know, but that shouldn't stop a girl from dreaming, now, or should it?
