Andrews: His body gradually grew weaker, the once bright light was fading from his eyes. Even his supposedly immortal form could not withstand the poisonous effects of Lucium. He felt himself succumbing to the overwhelming force as he struggled to articulate his thoughts. But then, suddenly he was engulfed by an intense, blinding light. "What?..."
Uriel: He emerged from the blinding light as it slowly faded, flapping his wings while using his holy magic to clean Andrews of his deathly illness. "Goodness Detective, with thy vast experience with the Black-Eyed Beast, I never deemed thou wouldst have been ensnared by such a trap."
Andrews: He stared at the Angel in shock, "Uriel? What are you- How did you know I was here?" Confusion overwhelmed his mind, but he made sure to be grateful for the save.
Uriel: He grabbed Andrews' hand, helping him up to his feet, "I was visited by the brother of the Black-Eyed Beast, who did tell me that I would find thee here and that thou art in need of aid."
Andrews: He pats Uriel on the shoulder, "Thanks for the assist...Wait the ugly fuck has a brother? Great."
Uriel: His head shifted to face Andrews, a slight feeling of disrespect grew off his body, "Verily, do not allow thy perception of him to be tainted by the relationship; the brother is a mighty and noble figure, a guardian of the realm rather than a bringer of destruction. 'Twas he who banished Lucium to the depths of the Forgotten Lands when he struck the first time."
Andrews: He thought momentarily, thinking of a plan to maybe undo what he unleashed upon all of reality. "This 'Brother' of his, would he be willing to help us in defeating Lucium? Trap his ass once again?"
Uriel: He looked away for a moment, thinking about his question. "I am unsure if he would be willing to aid us, he is not easy to find and ask these kinds of questions. He finds you, you don't find him."
Andrews: "Ugh, we don't have time to sit around and wait for him to show up! Is there some kind of way we could find him?" He spoke in a stern and yet irritated tone, his patience running on its last wires.
Uriel: He shook his head slowly, "I am unsure if there is a way to find an entity such as him."
Andrews: Rubbing his eyes in frustration, he let out a soft sigh before speaking. "Alright, whatever...I can try asking those two guys from earlier, they might know of a way to find this entity. Let's just get out of here before Lucium decides to show back up." Picking up his gun, he made his way to the stairs with Uriel.
As the two walked up the set of stairs out of the containment room, they noticed some blood splatter on the crystal-like walls. "What the hell?..." He ran quickly up the stairs and as he entered the main hallway, his eyes opened widely in shock at the sight of blood everywhere. "He killed...everybody here."
He turned towards Uriel, his expression was full of rage as he pushed the Angel to the wall pinning him. "Did you just ignore all of this, did you ignore all of these lives you could have saved!"
Uriel: While he was faceless, the energy coming from his body screamed anger. His blade suddenly ignited, the holy flames coming off of it almost close enough to burn the Detective's skin. "Back. Off." He forced Andrews back a bit, before he spoke again, "Upon my arrival, all these things remained intact. I had no inkling that Lucium would come back to slay the other prisoners. I could not have foreseen it, so I beseech thee, never lay thy human hands on me again." He put his blade away, snuffing out the flame.
Andrews: He fixed his lab coat before walking down the hallway to the hypergate, not speaking another word.
Uriel: He followed closely behind, but something had caught his attention. He stared at one of the other containment cells, noticing that it wasn't drenched in blood. "Detective! Come hither and lay thy eyes upon this sight! One of the prisoners still draweth breath."
Andrews: "What?" He turned around, approaching the untouched cell. "Well I'll be damned, you are right this one is still kicking."
????: An armored being turned its head slowly toward the other two, the figure wore a torn black cloth with a dragon symbol. As the cloth swayed, it revealed gleaming armor with white, silver, and red hues. The armor's stomach section resembled the fierce maw of a mythical creature, and the horned helmet added a mysterious and formidable presence. He said nothing, only staring at the two of them.
Uriel: He held up his hand to the crystal barrier, trying to sense any kind of dark energy from the being, "I discern no trace of foul energy from this being. Sir, may I ask as to the purpose of your presence here, given that you have been deemed a creature of positivity?"
????: The being looked down at the floor, sitting in silence for a moment, "The law of The Trinity had other plans for me...You wanna know what I did wrong? I stopped my destiny event, deciding not to murder my brother, and instead tried to get him to stop his tyranny against The Central Point. My actions caused the death of trillions of lives, maybe even more..."
Uriel: He took a step back, realizing who this person was, "I know of this event, my family called it Eternal Night. Your brother is Noctum, which makes you...Solarius, the light bearer."
Andrews: He raised an eyebrow at Uriel, "You know who this is?"
Uriel: "In the realm of my home, there exists a man of legendary stature. The dormant armor, steeped in ancient lore, awaits the touch of a worthy bearer of the light. This man has donned that revered armor since time immemorial, the sole soul to have graced it for an enduring span. He is the embodiment of its purpose, a perfect match for its grandeur."
Andrews: He lifted his hat to scratch his head, "So- this guy is like some kind of perfect hero? What about the other one?"
Solarius: He tapped his fingers against his leg, "With there being light, there is darkness...My brother was jealous of my power over the light, and that negative energy created a second set of armor. Creating him the user of black, the embodiment of the night...Ever since then he has been trying to destroy me and take this armor for himself. When it came to either killing him or saving several timelines...I couldn't do it."
Uriel: He looked down, feeling pity for him, "I am sorry, forsooth, the universe hath punished thee for thy valiant struggle in defense of righteousness."
Andrews: "Well it can't be that bad, if the armor decides who is good or bad, wouldn't it have abandoned him?"
Solarius: He looked down at his hands, questioning the intentions of the armor. "I suppose you are right...perhaps my quest is not yet complete." He stood up determination washing over his entire body, "Do you two think you could get me out of here?"
Andrews: "I'm sure there is some kind of way to get this thing open..." He pressed his mechanical hand against the wall, his circuits began to enter into it trying to disable the barrier.
Uriel: His head shot up, hearing strong whispers down the hall. "We are not alone..."
Solarius: He paused as well, listening, "Drekans..."
Andrews: "Fucking what?" He continued to mess with the door.
Solarius: "They are like grim reapers, they are made by my brother, and they normally take the souls of the dead down to the underworld. But if they see living things, they don't mind taking them too. Hurry up and try to open this."
Andrews: "I AM HURRYING!" He continued to try and open the door.
Uriel: He drew his blade, the holy flame igniting with the sword. "I shall deal with these beasts."
Solarius: "That won't work, it will only scare them away you need void light to hurt them. Only my sword has that type of energy within it."
The hooded shadow figures drew closer and closer to them, darkness began to fill the hallway as they grew near.
Uriel: "Okay my turn." He rammed his blade into the barrier, destroying it.
Andrews: He stared at Uriel, "You couldn't have done that earlier!?"
Solarius: He held out his hand, and a large broad greatsword appeared in his hand, a blinding white light was burning the blade. He held his sword in the air, blasting energy at the reapers, forcing them back down into the Underworld. "Even here, my brother tries to eliminate me..."
Andrews: He uncovered his eyes, "damn..."
Uriel: He looked at Solarius, "Mighty warrior, will you join us on our journey?"
Solarius: He placed his sword on his back, "I must return to my homeland, I must see if my people are still alive and if they are I will have some explaining to do. It was a great pleasure to meet the two of you, truly. I hope we meet again.." He clapped his hands together, a blinding light forming and disappearing as he vanished.
Andrews: He stared where the light once was, "C'mon Uriel, we have to find those two idiots from before and hunt Lucium down." The two of them made their way to the hypergate, disappearing from the Prism.
