"The lady who has been on my mind for the past weeks is you, Arianna, I just can't stop thinking about you." His eyes conveyed his intention and Arianna found herself paralyzed in her seat.
She was expecting that but not this bluntly, and why would she be on his mind when they don't know each other? Before their first encounter, they hadn't seen each other before, so why was he saying that she had been on his mind for the past weeks.
"Uhm, I don't quite get what you are talking about?" She mused, looking at the prince sitting before her. He was definitely joking just to lighten the mood right.
