The five children were given a very classy set of clothes to put on. They then were put to sleep, placed in hovercars and transported out of the island and into the city.

"It's been so long since they contacted us, my show has been dead ever since. I'm finally getting my spotlight back." A man who sat behind the desk in his office spoke to his personal assistant. He took a sip from the wine cup he held in his hand before placing it down on his desk. "Is everything ready?" He asked.
"Yes, as you have ordered. The guests will be arriving soon." He answered pushing his glasses in place.
"Very well then," He suddenly got up. His assistant looked at the towering presence of the man behind the desk. "Let the show begin."

"Wakey wakey," Aella said slapping Malakai across the face in attempt to wake him up. The others had already been woken up and just sat on the velvet red seat made available in the small meeting room they were in.
Malakai slowly opened his eyes and was met with the smiley face of a pretty pink haired lady.
"Good, you're all awake." She said. Just then, Rasmus walked in with an older man and lady. The man was quite tall with good physique, the skin on his head bore no hair, but underneath his jaw was a nicely trimmed beard. While the lady was a bit plumpy with a sort of mask on. She wore a big green hat to match with her green pantsuit. Her black hair fell down her shoulders and she took some time to study the children in her presence.
"Have you explained to them what they have to do?" Rasmus asked Aella.
"I was just about to do that," she replied.
"Aw, aren't they so cute?!" The woman said with a gleam in her eyes. "Especially her." She referred to the littlest girl in the room. She had long black hair which was held up in two parts and a pink bow on each tied ponytail. She was given a simple red dress with white poker dots on it and cute little black shoes. "I want her to go last. Saving the cutest for last." The woman said and that they would do.
"Any preferences on who should go first?" Rasmus asked.
"No. Anyone you choose." The man responded. "Prep them up for the show, I have to go and start up. They should be ready by then." He said and turned back to the children.
"See you on stage my sweet." The lady gave a little wave and left. The children only had one thought, everyone they had met since being captured was weird in their own way.
"You see that woman, that's the person you have to impress today, if not, you will die." Rasmus said so casually to them. Their eyes widened as they heard his words.
"D-d-die?" Malakai asked thinking he must have misheard.
"Please let me go, I don't want to die!" The little girl begged with moist eyes.
"You are not going to die." Aella rushed to her side. "As long as you impress Madam G, okay? Now don't cry."
"You don't have to dance or sing or anything. It's all simple. Before going on stage, you will be given a tray filled with tools you will need to face whatever you see. To give a hint, you will be given an insight on what the supernaturals have to deal with. It might be scary, but you'll be fine as long as you don't have any slip ups. You, with the somewhat messy hair, you're going First." Rasmus pointed at Malakai.

Walking up the stairs to a stage was a man with a smile etched on his face and slick back hair. He had on a white suit worn with white footwear. The lights were turned off. At intervals with a single light would shine on him, following him as he walked. As soon as he got on stage, he walked towards the microphone with spotlights moving around him. He placed his hands on the microphone and had an even wider grin.
"Welcome to the reopening of the live action death show, The Horrid Nightmare!" He announced through the microphone. All the lights suddenly turned on bringing light to the arena. Pyro was sent off into the open air. The colour gold filled the place. Seated comfortably with wide grins on their faces were people of high class and standards. They cheered loudly when he announced the opening of the show. Everyone was dressed so beautifully, some of them too excessive.
"Your excitement should go up for this time we are taking it to the next level. If a passing happens, then.." He kept his head low with an evil smirk appearing on his face. "...we will have a nice feast in their honour!" He said. Everyone present knowing what his words actually meant cheered louder with loud clapping and whistling.
"Without further ado, please welcome the first one to grace us the stage, Malakai Windham!" He announced and the floor beneath his feet rose taking him up to meet his wife, Madam G."
"It's always nice to see you announce the events," she said looking at him with dreamy eyes.
"It's even nicer to watch this with you by my side." He said.
The stage lowered after he stepped in the reserved spot for he and his wife and returned to its original position. The stairs around the stage spread, taking form of a ground stage where one would some sort of stunt. It had a lot of space and was now at a level lower than the viewers, having wall like barricade around it.
There was still a large screen that hovered in the air, projecting the happenings on the stage to the viewers whom were futher away. Rising from beneath stage, Malakai appeared with a small tray in his hands. It had golden cloth covering what was placed in it. He looked around scared and confused. He was dressed in a cute little black suit with a bow tie around his neck.
"Woo Malakai!"
"He's so cute!"
"Get a whiff of that innocence, he's so pure!"
"If he gets through this, I'll make a request through to the rulers, I want this one."
There were different reactions to him appearing on stage and it left him bewildered. He couldn't quite hear what was being said for the noise was quite much. Though the arena was large, the people were not so many, but they occupied every seat. He could tell though, that everyone present had a high class in the society.
"What am I supposed to do now? Sing? Dance?" He wondered and then looked at the tray in his hands. He remembered what was said to him earlier. He would be given what to use, whatever he needed was definitely under that cloth. He opened it to reveal what was inside.
"What the?" He raised a brow in confusion. "What am I supposed to do with this?"
********
"Aww, they already love him." Aella said watching him from the screen in the room.
"Send it in." Rasmus said to a man who was in the room with them. The man nodded and moved to a desk with computers having access to the building's security system. He searched for a particular room and clicked on a button. The walls around the stage lifted revealing cages.
Malakai turned around hearing the sound of growling come out from a slowly opening cage. The creature slowly crept out of the cage. He was struck with fear instantly. The people's cheers got louder on seeing the monstrosity .
"It's showtime." Aella said and grinned.
