'.....'= Thoughts

"....."= Conversations

Lying on the bed, John decided to go through the information collected by Jarvis from the laboratory.

'What kind of things would they obtain after researching a live Flerken? What were they trying to do with it?' John wondered as he started reviewing the information.

He was curious about the motives of this mysterious organization, as they already possessed equipment that could restrict space-type abilities. This deduction suggested that the organization was highly advanced. John had never heard of such an organization in the Marvel movies he had watched. However, reality proved to be different, as he had transmigrated into a world that was a blend of Marvel and X-Men.

The information revealed that the organization had been studying Flerkens for their unique abilities. Flerkens are interdimensional beings that resemble regular cats but have the ability to store pocket dimensions within their bodies. These pocket dimensions can be accessed by the Flerken at will, allowing them to store and retrieve objects or even travel through space.

The organization believes that by studying the Flerken's abilities, they can harness this interdimensional storage and use it for various purposes. One of their main goals is to develop technology that can manipulate space and create their own pocket dimensions. This would give them the ability to store and transport large amounts of objects or even people across vast distances.

They were particularly interested in using the Flerken technology for military applications. Imagine an army that could travel instantaneously, bypassing traditional transportation methods. Or a storage system that could hide weapons, supplies, and troops within pocket dimensions, rendering them virtually undetectable.

The more John read, the more he realized the potential danger of this organisation obtaining this technology. Not only could they become a powerful military force, but they could also disrupt the balance of power in the world. Other nations or organizations would likely want this technology as well, leading to global instabilities and conflicts.

John knew he couldn't allow it to succeed. With the Flerken under his protection, he had to ensure their safety and prevent their abilities from being exploited.

While it wasn't solely his responsibility to stop this organization, by rescuing Lucy, he would undoubtedly draw attention from the organization. Based on the situation, John felt that Lucy would likely follow him.

However, John also had his doubts. The organization's laboratory wasn't heavily guarded, which could imply two things. First, this research might not be very important to the organization. Second, the organization might not anticipate any attacks on their laboratory.

After reviewing the information, John swiftly requested Jarvis to send all of it to Tony. It would be in Tony's best interest to investigate further. Additionally, John instructed Jarvis to alert Tony about the dangerous nature of this organization. John had also brought back the collar from the lab and contemplated giving it to Tony to uncover more secrets.

As for Lucy, John had decided to allow her to stay with him. She possessed both strength and a pocket dimension, making her valuable for John's future endeavors. Moreover, John had developed a fondness for the small cat.

Lost in thought about various matters, John slowly drifted off to sleep while lying in bed.

He couldn't determine how long he had slumbered when he was abruptly startled awake by an approaching presence.

John opened his eyes and saw that Lucy had walked from the balcony and was now curled up beside him on the bed. Her golden eyes, contrasting with her white fur, were glowing in the dark as she looked at John. The next moment, Lucy closed her eyes and yawned before falling asleep.

Amused by the actions of the little cat, John smirked and closed his eyes too. He was glad that even while he was asleep, the Observation Haki would warn him about any nearby presence. At least he was not completely defenseless while sleeping.

After concluding that everything was alright, John went back to sleep.

The next morning, John was woken up by a gentle purr. He opened his eyes only to see Lucy staring at him curiously.

John reached out to her little head, trying to pat it. Surprisingly, Lucy didn't react much and stayed where she was. John continued to caress her head, and Lucy seemed to enjoy it as she gently rubbed her head against John's palm.

"Good morning, Lucy," John said and sat up.

Lucy replied by meowing, as she understood what John was saying.

John got up from the bed and, after a few minutes of taking care of his morning needs, sat on the chair in his room and started planning how to destroy the bases of RED.

He had no idea what the word "destroy" actually meant here, by the system. He wasn't sure if he had to kill all the people in the six bases or demolish the entire bases. John had no idea.

John opened the map of the six bases and observed their exact locations. Two of the bases were located in relatively public places, while the other four were in secluded forests, similar to the laboratory.

Neither John, SHIELD, nor Tony had any idea about RED's main base.

The information provided to John only revealed the locations of the RED bases, and even those were not accurate in terms of numbers.

The nearest base from here, which was hidden in the forest, was about 200 kilometers away from John's current location.

If John ran all the way there at full speed, without taking any breaks, he might be able to reach there within an hour and a half.

John had calculated his running speed. Currently, he was able to run about 130 kilometers per hour, compared to Captain America who is able to run about 95-97 kilometers per hour.

John decided to first take care of the bases in secluded locations and then go after those in public places. However, he had to be careful not to be spotted in public while carrying out his tasks. This could lead to a whole other set of issues that John didn't want to deal with.

'Maybe Lucy can take care of them?' John wondered. Something as small as her wouldn't attract much attention compared to an 18-year-old person.

The hunting time was obviously midnight, as John found it preferable. Moreover, with the help of Jarvis, John would delete all the evidence by hacking into the security cameras. He would delete any footage of himself being present at the location of destruction.

As for the way to approach the base, John pondered whether he should move closer to it or simply run there at night.

'Wait a second, Lucy has teleportation abilities. Maybe she could teleport me to far-off distances? It would make things a lot easier if she could,' John's eyes sparkled.
