At Ocean High
Ivy was a little troubled as she didn't see Eston in school, is he alright or is he just pretending for her to pity him? "He owns the school so he can decide to come or don't come" Ivy pretended like she was not concerned
"But he does not miss school" Kaitlyn argued

"You girls should just ask his cohorts, the are in the best position to answer this question instead of arguing. You would always argue over every little thing" Jocelyn butted in
"Sure, I would ask Adrian" Kaitlyn agreed but Jocelyn was surprised at the mention of Adrian
"Adrian? Are you two...?" Jocelyn asked expecting Kaitlyn to finish the statement
"No! Jocelyn, we are friends, just friends and nothing more, that one? You should trust me. I insulted him the first time he came to me for friendship so we made up yesterday and he is my friend now" Kaitlyn explained
"Okay, I see, Ivy!!!!!!!" Jocelyn shook Ivy on her shoulder when she saw she had spaced out, "what were you thinking about?" Jocelyn asked
"Only God knows, she has been spacing out and blushing since yesterday, who knows her problem" Kaitlyn answered
"It's not your business, it's my blush, let me blush, she said. The bell rang and they all went to the cafeteria. There they met the REALs except Eston that was absent. Kaitlyn quickly rushed to Adrian and asked him about Eston.
"They called in that he passed out and was rushed to the hospital, we'll check on him after school" Adrian clearly explained
"Passed out?!" Jocelyn exclaimed when Kaitlyn brought the news to them on their table, "what could be wrong with him, at least he was fine yesterday" She added
"I don't know" Kaitlyn replied, "Ivy, you are not even saying anything" Kaitlyn pulled Ivy's hair
"Ouch, that hurts, I am only wondering what could have caused him to pass out. We still talked after school hours yesterday and he was perfectly okay, I hope he gets well soon" Ivy replied
"I hope so too, or did you say something to him?" Kaitlyn asked when it dawned on her that Ivy was the last person to see Eston the previous day
"What would I say to him that would cause him to pass out, I am not a soccerer" Ivy refuted the claim
"Okay, let's eat" Jocelyn cut them off because if she didn't, they wouldn't end up eating, conversations never end with Ivy and Kaitlyn. They placed their order and soon they had finished their food. They set out to leave for class
"Please go on without me, I want to use the ladies" Ivy said and left them.
Kaitlyn and Jocelyn left to class together and when they got there, Jocelyn met a note on her desk, it reads "YOU MELT MY HEART, YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL AND I LIKE YOU". She bursts into laughter and this called Kaitlyn's attention. "What is that?" Kaitlyn asked and Jocelyn showed her the note, they both looked at each other amazed and confused. *Who could have places this on my desk?" Jocelyn whispered.
"I don't know" Kaitlyn said and returned to her seat. Jocelyn had chills all over her body, she was going to show Ivy, it's her first time of anybody admiring her. Am I really beautiful? She thought as she sat on her seat.
Ivy made it quickly to the REALs lodge, Ryan had dropped a note for her in her locker this morning, "LET'S MEET AT THE REALS LODGE". "So what's your weekend like? Can we hang out?" Ryan asked
"No, let's not rush things, besides I have to practice earnestly for the upcoming music competition and my aunt would not let me go for any outing from now until it's over. After the competition, we'll have all the time to ourselves" She replied.
"Okay, it's fine, I understand" Ryan replied placing his hand on her chin. They both stared at each other for a while and as if reading each other's mind, their lips caressed each other and they kissed passionately. Ivy wouldn't break away because she liked what she felt and Ryan wouldn't stop either. "Here she comes" Jocelyn told Kaitlyn as soon as she saw Ivy at the entrance to the classroom.

"Kaitlyn, we would talk at home" Ivy avoided the question
"No, let's say it now, were you with Ryan?" Kaitlyn asked, this startled Ivy, how did she know?
"No, why should I be with Ryan?" Ivy snapped
"Because only the two of you are absent from class and Eston is in the hospital" Kaitlyn guessed. Ivy was relieved it was a guess and gained the strength to tackle Kaitlyn.
"So it means we have been together? Idiot, nicumpoo" She replied planting a knock on Kaitlyn's head
"Ouch! That hurts" Kaitlyn said rubbing her head. Kaitlyn used to be a very smart girl and she proved her smartness once again, thank God she didn't catch me, Ivy thought.
"So we're seeing Eston after school" Kaitlyn announced and Ivy objected. "You both can go but I am not going with you because I need to prepare for the competition, I have no time to waste at all" she exempted herself.
"Hmmm, I see, somebody is hiding something" Kaitlyn teased
"Okay, okay, okay, Kaitlyn and I would go, go for your rehearsals" Jocelyn butt in. It has been her usual habit to butt in whenever Kaitlyn and Ivy starts any conversation because if she does not, they are going to go on and on with the conversation leaving her out of it and she wouldn't take that anymore.
At the Hospital
Eston laid weak on the bed and treatments were given to him adequately. Kira and Kara stayed close to his bed, they didn't go to school. Soon Jocelyn and Kaitlyn arrived in the ward. "Hey! Jocelyn, thanks for coming, where is our super star?" Kara asked as she welcomed Jocelyn.
"She had to go for rehearsals, a musical competition is coming up soon, trust you'll want to see her winp" Jocelyn said, covering up Ivy's flimsy excuse.
"Sure, she must win, we're rooting for her" Kira replied.
"So, how is your brother doing?" Kaitlyn asked them
"Who Is she?" They both chorused
"Oh! My bad, she is Kaitlyn, Ivy's cousin, she just came back to the USA and she attends Ocean High too" Jocelyn said, introducing Kaitlyn
"Okay, you are welcome, Eston hasn't opened his eyes since and we are really scared" Kara replied
"Not to worry, he'll be fine" Kaitlyn said as she moved closer to the bed, she held Eston's hands and held on to it for few minutes, just as she was about to let go, he held her hand firmly, and soon opened his eyes. "Eston, how are you" she asked him
"I'm fine" he answered but he didn't know who was there, his eyes were blurry, but his speech was audible enough. "Take good care of yourself Eston" Jocelyn added, moving towards the bed. Kira and Kara were so happy, they picked up the phone and called their mother to inform her, he had woken up, they had called her earlier in the morning to tell her his condition and she had placed a call through to the hospital for an ambulance and that was how Eston got to the hospital. Their mother was on her way already so she would be around anyways, this made Kira and Kara glow with happiness.
"Eston, you better get up before we spank you" Kira and Kara teases but Eston only managed to smile, his head banged seriously. Jocelyn and Kaitlyn went home after they had spent some time with Eston and before they left, he was able to see them because his vision was gradually getting clearer.
At Ivy's House
Ivy laid on her bed thinking about what happened at school today, was she really ready for this? She thought. If the bell had not rang, her virginity would have flown out of the window. Is she truly in love with Ryan or is it infatuation? She was disturbed and confused at the same time. Would her mother be proud of her if she finds out?
