Getting up from bed, I went to have my bath then got into my worn out clothes. it didn't take long that my breakfast was brought by another young lady.
I have my breakfast then went out of the hotel, of course it was after thanking them for the delicious food. walking around town, I started looking for a clothing store and it didn't take long before I found one going by the name 'Amanda's unisex clothing store'.
I stepped into the store and people started looking at me weirdly, maybe because of my clothes but I just ignored them and called the attention of a male attendant, he behaved like he could not hear me and tried to walk away but I caught up with him quickly then I put my hand on his shoulder
"hey man, I've been trying to call you but it seems like you didn't hear me" I said then he gave me a fake smile and said
"sorry about that, I couldn't quite hear you. there's been a lot on my mind lately" of course I know he's lying but I just let it slide
"any way, I want to buy a set of lin Vuiton and a set of chalen clothes, shoes and watches all this year's products."
the attendant looked shocked then he frowned
"sir, you do know that lin Vuiton and chalen are one of the most expensive brands there is. for this year's collections A set of lin Vuiton contains thirty pairs of clothes, shoes and seven watches with a price of forty seven thousand credits and a set of chalen contains forty five pairs of clothes, shoes and nine watches and it costs sixty thousand credits coming to a total one hundred and seven credits"
"hmm, its more expensive than I thought but I can still afford it so yes I'll take it"
"sir, are you sure"
"c'mon man, I don't think I'm in some kind of novel or movie where you underestimate my wealth then when I prove it to you, your boss magically appears, fire's you and gives me a permanent discount to make me happy. if that does happen it would be so cliché" I said while shaking my head in disappointment "just bring the clothes and if I don't pay you, you just have to collect it back. okay"
"okay sir, I'll go get it now" he turned around and left while I looked for a place to sit and wait for him
Thirty minutes later, the same attendant came and gave them to me with a space ring and I removed them and put it in my spatial pocket then I returned the ring to him and gave his money to him with a tip of three thousand credits.
I asked where I can change my clothes and he happily showed me a changing booth. coming out of the booth, I was wearing a green hoodie, green joggers with three black stripes at both sides and a pair of white shoes.
"finally abandoned those old clothes, money is really good man" I said as I walked out of the clothing store
today after getting myself clothes and a weapon, I intend to enjoy myself. right now, I'm making my way to a store that, although it is not so popular it sells some overpowered weapons, the owner was friends with me or rather friends with Jack and he was able to get access a great deal of powerful weapons and even though jack and I are different people, I would still go to the same store for my weapons.
Two hours later, after buying some candies I finally found the store. it looked different, like it has run down and they are out of business. After asking around I found out that the owner of the store is in really big debt and is no longer able to run the shop like normal because he is unable to pay his workers and they ultimately left the store, looking for jobs at other places.
since it is none of my business after all he was Jack's friend not mine, I left the area going towards the trade hall to get the weapons I need even though they would be more expensive. Along the way I bought some cookies and a piece of cake. what can I say, I have a sweet tooth so don't judge me, okay.
some time later, I entered the trade hall with a lollipop in hand and went towards a male shopkeeper with black hair and eyes
"hello, I'd like to see your collections of battle axe's and great swords, I want to make a purchase"
"okay sir, please let me take you to the weaponry, there would be someone there to attend to you"
we made our way to another section of the store with many weapons on display including something that they call the Aztec Macuahuitl, the Italian boarding sword and many more weird weapons like that (p/s this weapons do exist).
"Amanda, please show our dear customer to the great swords and battle axe section, let him purchase a weapon of his choice" he said
"Good day sir, my name is Amanda. please follow me to pick a weapon of your choosing" she introduced herself while bowing slightly. she had light green hair with green eyes and was wearing an official office suit like the man who accompanied me earlier
"please, after you" then she started guiding me while showing me some weapons.
At the end of the day, I bought a battle axe with a skill called flaming fury
[flaming fury: by infusing mana into this axe, flames coat the entirety of the axe increasing the damage done on opponents]
it is a simple skill but it would suffice for now so I bought it. I also bought a simple leather armor that I will use for my hunts, even though I'm not an armor kind of person I just got it so I don't use my new clothes for hunting. after buying them for twenty thousand credits, the money left with me is just seventeen thousand credits and I also want to get myself a phone.
pulling out another lollipop, I put it in my mouth and made my way to a phone store and bought myself the Nexus I12 one of the trending phones on the market today. I also got myself a phone number all for twelve thousand credits. now I just have five thousand on me. How money flies, am I right?.
(he has no friends and family and he's getting a number. who does he want to call, his mother??😂😂😂)
After accomplishing my task for today, I just walked around town taking in the scenery of the society from a rich man's prospective and I must say, everything feels... right
I continued my walk around town, occasionally enjoying the street stalls and vendors selling fruits and snacks and also went to an amusement park tried some games and rides and flirted with some ladies. what, I'm a single dude for crying out loud.

After enjoying myself for the day, I started making my way back home. it was already late at night, exactly nine pm in the evening. I bought a new toothbrush, toothpaste, a body lotion and a deodorant along the way.
I entered the hotel and the people were definitely shocked, on their minds was something along the lines of ' isn't he the dude with the worn out clothes?' but I'm not a person who seeks attention so I just ignored them.
"could you please tell the people in the kitchen that I would like something light for dinner, I don't intend to eat much today. I'm the person occupying room thirty seven" I told one of the workers
(you can't eat anything with that candy infested belly of yours man😒😒)
"okay sir, I'll inform them right away" she said and walked away while I went towards my room. I showered and changed my clothes to a short knicker and a singlet. After a while, I heard a knock. I got up and opened the door and met the same petite lady from yesterday night holding a tray but today she looked more beautiful with a smile showing her perfect teeth, maybe because I was occupied by my thoughts of making money that's why I didn't notice her beauty but today I'm saying something about it
"thanks, you look beautiful today"
she was stunned for a few seconds before replying
"thanks for the compliment sir." with a wider smile and skipped away while I had dinner and went to sleep.
The Town folks wondering why the bloody reaper didn't show up today didn't know that today is his holiday
