Chapter 5 - Crazy

As the sun dipped below the horizon, casting the world in the soft hues of twilight, Han Woo-ri and Eunji reached the entrance of the hospital. Eunji offered a warm smile to Woo-ri, a silent acknowledgment of the bond they had forged during their walk.

Woo-ri's heart was filled with a sense of purpose and a newfound determination to live life to the fullest, no matter the challenges. Because she was supposed to do something important

She nodded to Eunji, gratitude shining in her eyes.

"Thank you, Eunji. I'll see you soon."

Eunji nodded in return, her voice sincere.

"Take care, Woo-ri. We'll face our journeys with strength and courage."

With that, they parted ways, each heading toward their respective destinations within the hospital. Woo-ri made her way to the ward where she had been receiving treatment, a familiar path that had become a significant part of her life.

Inside the ward, she was greeted by the quiet hum of medical equipment and the soft voices of nurses attending to patients. As she approached her bed, a wave of nostalgia and gratitude washed over her.

Her best friend, Ji-eun, was already waiting for her, a warm smile on her face. Ji-eun had been a steadfast presence in Woo-ri's life throughout her battle with cancer, offering unwavering support and friendship.

"Woo-ri!" Ji-eun exclaimed, her voice filled with genuine happiness. She rushed over to embrace her friend, careful not to disturb any medical equipment.

Woo-ri returned the hug, feeling a deep sense of comfort in Ji-eun's presence. "I've missed you, Ji-eun."

Ji-eun pulled back, her eyes filled with concern. "How have you been, Woo-ri? You look a bit tired."

Woo-ri settled onto her bed, her thoughts turning to the eventful day she had experienced. "I had quite an adventure today, Ji-eun. I met someone remarkable."

Ji-eun's curiosity was piqued. "Someone remarkable? Tell me more."

Woo-ri began to recount her encounter with Eunji—the actress, the contract relationship, and the emotional conversation they had shared in the park. As she spoke, Ji-eun's eyes widened with interest and empathy.

"That sounds like an incredible experience, Woo-ri," Ji-eun said, her voice filled with admiration for her friend's newfound connection.

Woo-ri nodded, a sense of fulfillment washing over her. "It was. Eunji is an amazing person, and I believe our meeting was more than just chance."

Ji-eun smiled warmly. "It seems like she made quite an impact on you."

"She did," Woo-ri agreed. "And it reminded me that life is meant to be lived, no matter the circumstances."

Ji-eun squeezed Woo-ri's hand, a silent promise of continued support. "You're right, Woo-ri. We'll face this together, and we'll make the most of every moment."

As the two friends settled into a comfortable conversation, the hospital ward transformed into a space of shared laughter, shared dreams, and unwavering friendship. The challenges of Woo-ri's illness were not forgotten, but in that moment, they felt sad enough for her

As the conversation between Han Woo-ri and her best friend, Ji-eun, continued, the atmosphere in the hospital ward remained warm and supportive. Their friendship had weathered the storm of Woo-ri's illness, and it was in moments like these that their bond shone the brightest.

Woo-ri's eyes, still alight with the spark of her encounter with Eunji, met Ji-eun's with a mixture of determination and vulnerability. She leaned in closer to her friend, her voice hushed. "Ji-eun, do you think this sounds crazy? I feel this burning desire to seek revenge for Eunji. To make that guy taste his own medicine, to show him that he can't just treat women the way he pleases, to give him a taste of heart break for him to know how it feel to be heartbroken."

Ji-eun's, i know revenge and word can't take away Enuji pain "I know woo, Revenge won't change what happened to Eunji, and it won't make her pain go away

Ji-eun's words hung in the air, a gentle but cautious warning. She regarded her best friend, Han Woo-ri, with a hint of concern, her voice a mixture of sincerity and apprehension. "Woo-ri, I understand your feelings, but getting involved with the upper class, especially in a situation like this, might not be a good idea. It's not our world, and we should just mind our business and stay within our own class."

Woo-ri, however, could sense that Ji-eun's advice wasn't solely rooted in practicality. She could see the worry in her friend's eyes, a concern for Woo-ri's well-being that went beyond the boundaries of social class.

With a thoughtful nod, Woo-ri replied, "I know you're worried, Ji-eun, but I can't just stand by when someone like Eunji is suffering. It's not about social class; it's about doing what's right."

Ji-eun sighed, her shoulders sagging with a sense of resignation. "I understand your sense of justice, Woo-ri, and it's one of the things I admire about you. But these upper-class circles can be ruthless. They have power and influence that we can't even fathom."

Woo-ri's determination remained unshaken. "That's precisely why someone needs to stand up to them, to challenge the status quo. Eunji believes it her fault but i dont believe it her fault , and I want to support her in any way I can."

Ji-eun met Woo-ri's gaze, her eyes reflecting a mixture of affection and concern. "Just that am worried about you, your very sick and don't have enough time to live instead of that can't you just mind your business and do something meaningful with your remaining day please. promise me that you won't take any revenge and just mind your business please."

Woo-ri smiled warmly at her friend, touched by her. "I promise, Ji-eun. I'll be careful, and I won't take unnecessary risks."

Their conversation had shifted from the initial impulse of revenge to a shared understanding of the challenges ahead. Ji-eun might have her reservations, but she knew that Woo-ri's determination was rooted in a genuine desire to make a difference.

As the night deepened outside the hospital window, Woo-ri and Ji-eun continued their conversation, discussing plans to support Eunji and ensure that justice prevailed. In that moment, their friendship remained a beacon of strength and support, guiding them through the uncertain path ahead.

"What are your plans for taking revenge don't tell me you don't have any plans or soever for the revenge"

ji-eun said to han woo-ri

"Yes I do, I have a plan" Han woo-ri said

"so what's your plans anyway" ji-eun asked her friend
