Elsewhere in the Academy
A dark silhouetted figure sat under the night sky on the open balcony. This place was amazing. So many things he could only do when he was here. Yet here he was. Away from him. Away from anyone else.
It did have its bad days, much like today was, but overall it was his favourite place to be.
Silent footsteps approached him from behind. He could tell almost instantly who it was.
"Why did you save him?"
"I don't know what you're talking about," the silhouette responded without looking back.
"Don't play around with me, Cluez. Why?"
Cluez groaned. SilverOak was one of the worst parts of this place.
"Just let the matter rest. I have it all under control. The boy's okay and now he has made a connection with the girl."
"Don't tell me…" the long ears muttered.
"Don't tell you what?"
"You bloody bastard! You aren't meant to interfere with any of it!"
