Before anyone could try to stop him, Phil bolted through the curtain with a mad glint in his eyes.
Honk–
"I've gotta hand it to you, Phil!"
Rizz slung an arm around the goose, showing off the proudest grin.
"You didn't disappoint. It's even better than I'd hoped for! Thanks, buddy. I couldn't have done it without you."
Stuck between annoyance and gratitude, Phil's unyielding pride left him trapped in awkward silence.
"But first things first…"
Rizz happily poured the dazzling green ink into a jar and stored it straight away.
"It's time for a nap!" Rizz cheerily leaped out of the forge. "Someone better wake me up at dawn. Unless you wanna delay your apprentice seals and skills yet again."
"Hey! But you said– Oof!"
Lobur shoved the rhinokin aside while raising his own hand. "You've got it, Boss. We'll wake you up for sure!"
Already unfurling his bedroll, Rizz laid down and closed his eyes.
