Everyone was shocked that an Ancient Evil possessed the small body of William.
"Essie... you decide"
Vivi said.
"..."
Without a saying, Essie stepped back and Camilla got so disappointed.
"Why?"
She desperately asked and was about to confront Essie.
"You're in my way"
Essie coldly said as she raised her left hand and faced it towards the restrained William.
"Let's give her enough space. She will do it"
Vivi calmly said and the others followed her lead.
"What is she going to do?"
Nicolaus asked.
"She will force 'the evil' to leave that child's body. Essie is the only member of the Posse who can absorb 'the evil' without any form of connection and has an infinite absorption space. Isn't she amazing?"
Vivi proudly answered.
"You stinking soul! Give my body back!"
The Ancient Evil furiously shouted when she saw Essie trying to absorb her.
"Eh? Essie! Why did you stole her body?!"
Vivi shouted, trying to tease her sister.
"Shut up! When did you ever believe 'the evil'?!"
Essie irritatingly replied.
"Yeah. Never"
She replied and laughed out loud at her sister getting irritated and at the same time doing her best in absorbing the Ancient Evil.
After Essie completely absorbed the Ancient Evil, she immediately looked at Giovanni.
"Hey! Old geezer! Activate the Great Seal now!"
She shouted and the Chief Priest listened to her and activated fhe Great Seal. She went inside and the Seal enclosed her whole body.
"M-Mom...my..."
William called mother and as soon as they hear the normal voice their son, Camilla and Nicolaus immediately run and hugged him.
"Thank god... you are now back to us"
Camilla gladly said with her tears of joy. William was surrounded by his family and he cried out loud because of how scared he is.
While they are celebrating, Giovanni and Vivi worriedly looking at the shrinked Great Seal. It is in the form of a closed door.
"Will she be able to go out on time?"
Vivi asked.
"I believe in her"
Giovanni replied and he started to pray to Althea.
"Sorry to interrupt, but is your sister going to be alright?"
Nicolaus asked Vivi who still look calm. He is relieved that his son is already in a good condition, but deep inside he is so concerned when Essie looked like she is having a hard time at that time when she is absorbing the Ancient Evil.
"Yeah, she will"
She answered.
"How sure you are that when she come out, she is not possessed? What if 'the evil' came looking for my son's body again?"
Camilla asked looking at Vivi with distrust and Vivi did not like how she sounded.
"Because she is the strongest in the Posse of the Unseen unlike someone who is known by her immense Holy Power but cannot save her own son"
She answered while smiling but her words are sharp that deeply affected Camilla.
It was already half an hour but the Seal did not have any reaction.
"Why is she taking so long?"
Vivi asked and started to get anxious.
"Vivian. If your sister did not come out within fifteen minutes, go and get her"
Giovanni seriously said and Vivian just silently nodded her head.
A minute before the fifteen minute time, Vivian ready herself to go inside the Seal when it started to glow and sliced into pieces. Essie's body beautifully elevate in the air along with her deck of golden cards.
"Estelle!"
Vivian exclaimed when she saw her unscathed sister.
"What?"
She replied with irritation in her tone as soon as she landed in the ground. Vivian run towarfs her and tightly hugged her.
"I knew it! You are really the strongest and the hope of our Posse!"
She excitedly said.
"Estelle... that name... is that your name?"
Nicolaus asked with a shocked expression.
"Yeah. Estelle Montcroix"
She answered.
"Montcroix... you are related to the Chief Priest Giovanni?"
Victor asked.
"Yeah. He is our freakin' biological father"
She replied but she started to get irritated at their questions.
"I see. But why send your daughters to the Posse of the Unseen?"
Victor curiously asked.
"Are you stupid or what? The power that we hold is considered an evil witchcraft in the four Empires, did you not see? Or maybe you are blind?"
Estelle blurted out her expression with no respect that the Royals seemed to disliked it.
"Estelle, please stop"
Vivian said and she halted when Giovanni pulled her arm and dragged her in the corner of the garden.
"Sorry, if my sister had offended you, Your Majesties but... Posse of the Unseen is considered 'Evil Witches' of the four Empires and she just witnessed it a year ago when her closest friends died in the hands of the previous Emperor of the North. Please do understand and forgive her"
She elegantly said. Then, Giovanni and Estelle walked towards them.
"Now, apologize"
Giovanni said while fiercely looking at Estelle.
"..."
She remained silent while clenching her fists.
"Estelle!"
The Chief Priest raised his voice but she still remained silent.
"It's alright, Your Holiness. At some point, I understand her hatred towards us Royals"
Nicolaus interrupted to ease the tension of the father and daughter.
"Thank you for understanding, Your Majesty but my daughter must learn how to apologize when she is wrong. So--"
Giovanni replied and was about to insist that Estelle must apologize but he was immediately interrupted by Nicolaus.
"Your Holiness, it is really fine. Everybody is already tired, so I suggest that we all rest. I will ask the servants to attend all your needs"
He gently said and tapped the shoulder of the Chief Priest.
"No need. I want to go home"
Estelle coldly replied.
"I understand that you really want to go home but at least stay in our Imperial Palace for a few days. I am afraid that the Ancient Evil will come back to haunt my son again. Also, consider this as giving our gratitude for saving my son's life aside for the monetary reward"
Nicolaus said, trying to convinve two members of the Posse of the Unseen to stay.
"Sounds nice! It's been awhile since we take a break, isn't it Essie?"
Vivian excitedly said but Estelle just looked at her in disgust.
"For real?"
She asked, looking gloomy while looking at her.
"Yeah! I've been here in the East twice and the people here are so welcoming. I even enjoyed what they called 'concerts' the last time I came here"
She replied with so much enthusiasm that ca be seen in her sparkling emerald eyes.
"Go and enjoy it next time. All I want now is to go home"
Estelle desperately said.
"Too bad. I want to stay here and since you are incapable to teleport, so you also will stay here with me!"
Vivian excitedly replied and smirked behind those bandages.
"You...! You are really f*cking annoying just like our freakin' stupid father!"
She exclaimed despite Vivian dragging her inside the palace, holding her collar.
"So! Where is our room?!"
She excitedly asked Nicolaus and he smiled at how Estelle adorably struggled to escape from his sister's grip.
"Those maids will guide you"
He replied. Vivian turned her head and dragged Estelle with her.
"Let's go!"
She excitedly said like a small kid.
