Chapter 39 - Episode 40

THE JESUS SLAY QUEENS

Episode 40

I stood there totally confused. Was this the end for me? All those dreams that I had. How God gave me a sword in that revelation and told me to come back with it stained with blood. Was this how I was going to end?

All the prayers of my father, all the prayers of my mentor. All the prayers of those who are waiting for me.

"What about Aunty Rhema? Lord please! I am in the belly of the whale. Anything you can do to help do. Please do! I'm yours and yours forever. Please save me!

Aunty Rhema is out there roaming the streets as a mad woman. I'm holding the keys to her freedom. Please! Think about the thousands of lives that would be lost if i fail her.

Daddy please save me! I promise you, I won't fail aunty Rhema! I swear!"

I prayed within me.

"Juliet Anderson! Are you ready! I'm not a patient woman! Taking you by force is not a problem! I'm just trying to be nice with you." The leader said.

My legs shook in fear two girls stood up with eagerness to grab me but were stopped by the leader.

"What's your answer?"

"Father have mercy on me! You said in your word that whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved!" I said as I knelt down.

"Yes! But not someone like you who have disrespected God and your mentor. That scripture is not for you!" The leader replied.

"The bible says! God is not a man that he should lie! My God is not a liar! He said whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be rescued."

She stood up and clapped her hands in mockery.

"So you want to quote scriptures! Is that how you want it? Ha ha ha ha ha! Fine! Open to Proverbs 1:24.

You think you know bible! Let me show you bible!"

I was surprised when one of the girls brought out a bible and she read out.

"Because I have called, and ye refused; I have stretched out my hand, and no man regarded;

Verse 25. But ye have set at nought all my counsel, and would none of my reproof:

Verse 26. I also will laugh at your calamity; I will mock when your fear cometh;

Verse 27. When your fear cometh as desolation, and your destruction cometh as a whirlwind; when distress and anguish cometh upon you.

Verse 28. Then shall they call upon me, but I will not answer; they shall seek me early, but they shall not find me:

Verse 29. For that they hated knowledge, and did not choose the fear of the LORD:

Verse 30. They would none of my counsel: they despised all my reproof.

Verse 31. Therefore shall they eat of the fruit of their own way, and be filled with their own devices.

Verse 32. For the turning away of the simple shall slay them, and the prosperity of fools shall destroy them."

My tears dropped as these scriptures were read in my hearing. This was the exact description of who I was. This was me in that scripture.

God warned me, but I never took him serious. I joked with everything he said.

"Madam Juliet! Let's personalize that scripture so that there would be understanding.

Because I have called Juliet, and she refused; I have stretched out my hand to her, and she didn't regard me

Verse 25. But she has turned all my counsel to nonsense, and would not of my correction.

Verse 26. I the Almighty God will laugh at your calamity; I will mock you when your fear cometh;

Verse 27. When your fear cometh as desolation, and your destruction cometh as a whirlwind; when distress and anguish cometh upon you.

Verse 28. Then shall you, Juliet Anderson call upon me, but I will not answer. You shall seek me early, but you won't find me:

Verse 29. For that you hated knowledge, and did not choose the fear of the LORD:

Verse 30. You would none of my counsel: you despised all my correction.

Verse 31. Therefore you shall eat of the fruit of their own way, and be filled with their own devices.

Verse 32. For the turning away of the simple shall slay them, and the prosperity of fools shall destroy them."

So do you still want us to give you more scriptures?"

I shook my head.

"No!"

There was an outburst of laughter among them.

"But our God is plenteous in mercy. His loving kindness never fails. He forgives every kind of sin and iniquity.

"Let me finish that scripture for you. You are quoting Numbers 14:18

The Lord does not quickly become angry. His faithful love for his people continues for ever. He forgives people when they turn against him and they do bad things. But if someone is guilty, he surely punishes them. And he punishes their children, their grandchildren and their grandchildren's children.

Should I quote another one for you?"

"JULIET!" I heard daddy's voice for the first time in the den of hungry lions.

"Daddy!" I gasped.

"Daddy I'm finished! Even the scriptures is fair enough! I deserve everything that is about to happen to me! But I don't know why I just can't give me destiny to these thieves. I just can't!

I still believe in your power! I'm not weak in faith! Your word says in Psalms 124:1

 If it had not been the LORD who was on my side, now let Juliet say;

Verse 2. If it had not been the LORD who was on my side, when lesbians rose up against me.

Verse 3. Then they had swallowed me up quick, when their wrath was kindled against me:

Verse 4. Then the waters of immorality had overwhelmed me, the streams of fornication had gone over my soul:

Verse 5. Then the proud waters had gone over my soul.

Verse 6. Blessed be the LORD, who has not given me as a prey to their teeth.

Verse 7. My soul is escaped as a bird out of the snare of the fowlers: the trap is broken, and I have escaped.

Verse 8. My help is in the name of the LORD, who made heaven and earth.

The name that is above every other name!"

"GOOD. FOR I WILL HAVE MERCY ON WHOM I WILL HAVE MERCY. AND COMPASSION ON WHOM I WILL HAVE COMPASSION."

"Daddy! I have a question?"

"ASK!"

"Is anything too hard for God?"

"NO!"

"Then saving me is not difficult! Father! This was never your plan for my life. You gave made me a slayer! A Jesus slay queen, but my stubbornness landed me here. But Lord, with you all things are possible! I can't become a lesbian! God forbid!

Daddy I don't know how you're going to do it but in the name of Jesus, I escape"

I opened my mouth and screamed.

"JESUS...."

"Seems like our guest wants it the hard way. Bring her to me!"

Two ladies stood up and grabbed me. I began to struggle with them they pulled me towards where their leader stood waiting for me with a cup in her hand.

"Jesus save me!" I cried.

"Have mercy on me and save me. Don't turn your face away from me. You're the God of a second chance! Please don't abandon me! Fight for me.

I stepped on the feet of one of the ladies angrily. She gave a cry of pain and let go of me.

I turned to the other one holding me and gave her a heavy punch in her stomach. She groaned and made to retaliate.

I took advantage of the opportunity and flung my hand out of her grip. The next thing I saw was her blow coming. I quickly raise my hand in my defense.

I didn't have time to waste. The door was what I was looking for. I ran as fast as I could. But it seemed I had provoked war as the rest of them seated rose up and chased after me.

They pounced on me in their numbers and ripped off my school top.

"Jesus save me!" I shouted.

One of the girls grabbed the organ on my chest and pulled out of my inner wear.

I bite her hand furious and got blood dripping out of that deadly bite.

She screamed furious and slapped me so hard that I fell to the ground.

The rest continued from where she stopped as punches, kicks, slaps rained down on me.

I quickly pretended to be weak and fell down as if I had fainted.

Immediately they gave me some air and pulled back. I jumped to my feet and rushed for the door.

They were all taken by my sudden move and raced after me again.

I was almost grabbing the doorknob when I was caught a second time.

They rained punches on me. As they were beating me. One of them was pulling at my skirt and was about to tear it off.

I sent a punch to her eyes. She screamed and left my skirt on my waist. I felt pain all over my body as I couldn't bear the beating I was receiving anymore.

"Please stop!" I yelled admist tears.

They paused and stood in absolute readiness for any crazy move from me.

I had blood stains on my body now. One of the straps of my spaghetti hand inner wear was torn. Blood gushed out of my mouth. My eyes were swollen.

I had received kicks on my stomach four times. It was now unbearable for me. The next kick on my stomach would kill me.

"Juliet Anderson! You seem like a stubborn fellow. You're stubborn to both God and the devil. But you'll eventually have to bow down to us in the end.

This is what we do here. We beat those who refuse to bow down to us to death and dump their body somewhere in the dumping site.

You can save your life now or chose to be killed. The ball is in your court."

I coughed out blood as I lay on my stomach on the ground. I only managed to raise my head as I looked at the lady standing before me.

"I am a child of destiny! One thing I know is you cannot kill children that were covenanted to God from their birth. I know you can't kill me. You're only threatening me!" I said and it was as if I passed out when a slap greeted me.

I was kicked on my side. I groaned and rolled and laid on my back.

"To have a stubborn heart Juliet. Your stubbornness would have been a blessing if weren't stubborn to the wrong person. But now I'll prove to you that children of destiny can be killed before their time."

She raised a knife up and made to stab me.

"Only children of destiny without intercessors can die. I have friends who are praying for me right now!"

"Tell them that the heavens are closed towards you. She said and the knife entered my stomach.

It was a shock to me. I was stabbed. I looked at my stomach and watched her as she pulled out the knife smiling victoriously.

I looked at her and saw my blood on her weapon. Wait! This has to be a terrible dream. It can't be real! Maybe this was one if those terrible dreams we used to have and by the time we open our eyes, we discover we are still alive.

I had to open my eyes and close them repeatedly, to be sure it is wasn't a nightmare.

"God! There's one thing I know! You didn't fail me! I was the one who failed you. But I refuse to accept this cup of death. It's not mine! I am holding the keys to my generation. They are waiting for me. So I refuse to die!

In the name of Jesus, I tap into the grace Paul carried. That even when he was stoned to death, he would not die. They would assume he is dead and leave him. Only to find out he will wake up again.

I can't die! Father you said in your word that life and death are in the power of the tongue. Therefore! Juliet! You shall live! I speak life into your wounded body.

You said if I have faith as tiny as a mustard seed. I will speak to mountains and they will obey my voice.

I speak to this mountain of death, be uprooted and be cast into the sea. I shall not die but live!" I said within me as I gasped for air.

It was as if the more I spoke the more life was slipping out of me.

I smiled.

"God you're not a liar! If I die that means you lied in the bible. But because your word is true, therefore I shall live. I refuse to waver in faith!"

"Go and dump her!" She ordered.

That was the last thing I remembered.

To be continued...

The story would be told by Juliet's mentor, Mrs Abayomi.

Watch out what happens next.

Many of you do not know the power in God's word. That bible in your hand is one of the greatest blessing God gave man.

You don't know the power and advantage that the bible carries. When you tell God that this his s what your said, you don't know how speedily it moves God into action.

God honours his word more than himself. God is ever ready to defend what is written in his word than be called a liar.

When we believe his word steadfastly, I mean standing firm unbending, despite the opposite of God's word playing around us. We will be shocked by what we would see happening.
