Heaven Alizah Dianne's pov :
"I'll call you Aunty Alizah. It sounds pretty" said Nathan. Nathan is a bubbly child. I wonder who are his parents. "But Heaven is better" said Troy. "Hmm, l still prefer Alizah" said Nathan.
"What are you guys doing here?. You didn't come to announcement ceremony, did you?" I said.
"I really wanted to come but Nathan insisted on playing first before going. I thought that the ceremony will take time, so l agreed to play. I didn't know it would end so quickly" said Troy.
"But l didn't know that it would end so quickly too" Nathan said lowly. "It's okay, l'm not mad"said and they quickly smiled.
"We are looking for my daddy. He is not in the hall anymore" Nathan energetically. "Who is your dad ?" .
" He is Princess Angel's husband, and the future commander of the royal army,Lord Hiro" said Troy. "Okay, l'll help you find him".
"Really?" Nathan shouted excitedly. "Of course" . I offered my hand and he took it. Troy took my other hand. And we went to find Nathan's dad.
"So how many girls challenged you?" Troy asked. "Just six" l said borely.
"Is it me or are you disappointed?" Nathan asked.
"Very disappointed. I was expecting at least twenty girls".
Their eyes grew big. "What? Twenty?. But that's too much" they said in unison.
"It is?. I didn't know. But l know there are a lot of girls that wants to be his queen. So l thought they won't want to let such a opportunity pass them" l explained. They nodded their heads. "But not all of them are that dumb enough to think that they could beat the king's mate. It's only the most stupid that challenges the queen" said Troy.
I chuckled. Yeah, only the most stupid challenges the king's mate. I guess that's why he is angry. He is worried that l might lose the fight since l'm not his real mate. But actually that doesn't mean anything. I can bury the whole kingdom if l want. But what would be the fun in that. And also l have to keep my identity a secret, for my own safety.
"The king left the hall angrily. He isn't happy that the queen will have to fight" l heard someone said. It's one of the maids watering the plants in a garden. "Maids sure know how to gossip" Troy said angrily.
"Yeah, but there's nothing that can be done. It's been like this since the existence of the kingdom" said another. "Or maybe he is mad because she can't fight. She looks like a weakling" said another.
"How dare you?" Troy roared. They all went on their knees and began to ask for forgiveness and mercy. If l were in a bad mood, l would have made them mute. They think l'm a weakling, such poor senses.
"Let them go Troy. I don't want to see blood bath today" l said. I read his mind, he wants to have them beaten until they are bleeding all over. I didn't know he could be this ruthless if he's mad.
We went to the king's study. I really don't want to go there but l promised Nathan l'd take him to his dad. And this is where he is.
I knocked on the door. "Come in" l heard from behind the door. There are other people with him, l can feel it. I opened the door and entered the room. And l'm right, it seems he is having a meeting. I recognize Lucas, Xavier, Sebastian, Hiro and his father. There are four other men that l don't recognize.
They all stood and bowed to me, "my queen" they greeted. "Rise" l said. Power, it is amazing but bad too.
"What are you doing here?" Eugene asked. "I'm just helping Nathan find his father. We didn't expect you guys would be having a meeting" l explained.
"Actually, we are done" Hiro said and signed for Nathan to come. Nathan energetically ran into his father's arms. He giggled as Hiro lifted him up. Troy went to his father.
"Thank you, my queen" said Hiro and Xavier.
"We'll be taking our leave now" they bowed to Eugene. And with that they left the room. As soon as they left, Eugene came to stand in front of me. We stared at each other for while.
"You are not nervous at all" he shook his head disbelievingly.
I raised a brow ."Are you talking about the fight?"
He nodded. "And why should l be nervous?. I'm not a weakling" l said confidently. " I'm not saying you are but are you capable of handling six tough fights in a row?". His voice is firm but for the first time his face showed emotions. He looks really worried.
I don't know what came over me. I touched his cheeks tenderly. "Are you worried?. I'm going to be fine. I defeated a titan ape on my own before. I don't think six demon girls can match with that". And that is true l have defeated a titan ape on my own before. He looked shock.
"You are not lying, are you?".
"I'm not. Now stop worrying. And if l don't want to fight, l can just confess them and that would be the end of the fight" l said.
Confession is very very rare ability. So only a few demons possess it. Of course demons can manipulate human minds. But to confess other demons is immposible. Only a few posses such an ability. Want to know more amazing ability that Heaven has. Or what will happen if the king adores her so much and then suddenly his mate shows up. Will he let her go?. Or will he keep them both?.
